Localhost is the host name... it always is if you are using the same DB server as HTTP server, which is the case with HelioHost. Try Elivmar's advice...

Site names are not stored in WhoIs - that site did not derive the "name" it used from WhoIs, but rather by personal records. Furthermore, their personal records can by modified by anyone - I just editted it to fix the problem. A better WhoIs service to use is whois.org But yah, you can have 100 Helions.

The idea of manual collect is that people have to visit the forums every day. Otherwise, they'll just make 100 spam posts in one day and leave for the rest of the month.

I just did one earlier today... I do one every time I remove someone's ads. Not exactly a reboot - I restart Apache, but in a Linux web server it's basically the same.

I remember this problem occured when we switched to the new server, but I thought it dissapeared. Honestly, I don't know what's up.

Works fine for me... server load is available from cPanel, if you think that is the problem. The load right now is about 1/4 of what is considered acceptable.
