Since adding handlers utilized the .htaccess file and I renamed the file earlier, the changes were not taking effect. Try adding "AddType application/x-httpd-php .html" to .htaccess in your public_html directory.

Hotmail probably suspects our IP or domain for spam. The best option for you here would be to contact them to ask them to remove us from their blacklist.

Your .htaccess file was at fault. I've moved it to a file called ".ht" and your site seems to be working fine now.

The File Manager is actually designed to work specifically with IE 7. It is incompatible with IE 6.

How complex does your IDE need to be? There is a syntax-highlighted pseudo-IDE in the cPanel File Manager. A PHP IDE isn't all that complex, considering that compilation is done at runtime. Usually there is also an FTP connection feature, but if the IDE is local then that would be unnecessary.
