    Proxies Allowed?

I highly recommend not hosting public proxies. We ban anybody who starts using too much server resources, and hosting a publicly accessible proxy will almost certainly get you banned. On the other hand, hosting a small proxy site that only you and perhaps some friends know about will probably be safe. Just make sure your friends don't tell the rest of the world.
  2. You should not set it up using SSL. What error did you get?
  3. Your username is "anthmurn". Recover your password through the cPanel login (hit cancel when it prompts you for a username/password, and there should be a link of the page you are redirected to).
  4. You have been granted a dedicated IP. You should be able to install your certificate now.
  5. You must install your certificate. If you have your own certificate, you must request a dedicated IP to be able to install it.
  6. No. That feature is not recommended by PHP and is deprecated as of PHP 6. I suggest using more up-to-date software See here: http://us.php.net/magic_quotes.
  7. OK, your domain should be parked now. Try changing the nameservers again.
  8. Try again now. If there is still trouble: looks like neither cPanel nor your NIC want to be the first one to initiate the domain transfer. I might be able manually force the domain to park - let me know if there is still trouble and you need me to do this.
  9. Your point being that when DemonKnightz was posting, HelioNet was down and as such he was unable to read the bold, red text telling him to post in another category?
  10. Sorry about that, the zone has now been deleted. Please try signing up again.
  11. Stats are currently down. http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=3850

    Questions

No, WHM is not the place to install certificates. cPanel is. Please contact your certificate provider and ask them how to install their certificate on cPanel. I know for a fact that there are people at HelioHost using StartSSL certificates successfully. You are probably just missing some important instructions - read everything carefully.
  13. So you are just trying to auto-forward all emails you get? I would think that Email Account Forwarders should work. Are you noticing the "Managing:" dropdown in the upper-right corner? PS: Sorry about the late reply.

    Even MORE Downtime

No, this time it's that our account validation daemon is playing catch-up and eating up server resources.
  15. Just add it as a parked domain. That should have the equivalent effect.
  16. You had three months to request an account transfer. There was big, bold, red text at the top of your cPanel account. You had to login to your cPanel account sometime in those three months, or else it would have been deleted anyways.
  17. I've updated the memory limit to 32MB, let me know if there's a difference now.
  18. We are currently processing Friday's account. Should be done sometime tomorrow.
  19. I'm pretty sure suPHP just ignores that limit. Changing to 32M, let me know if there's any difference now.
  20. Did you try to Google this issue? Was the page working when you tested it at home? Did you have any databases you might have needed to transfer? UPDATE I changed something on the server side. Is everything working now?
  21. Moving to another forum, this isn't HelioHost related...
