No i'm afraid not. This is the first time i've seen it before. I've tried accessing my site from a few different computers too, just in case it was because of my limited permission work computer, but it happens at home and it happens on my partners computer too. The only reason I could imagine anything not working would be due to the fact I accidentally installed google apps onto my domain name, but I removed it almost as soon as I realised what it was and it's been 2-3 times their account deletion period (which was about 5 days if I can remember correctly). I'm inclined to believe it still has something to do with google apps though as http://demonknightz.com/ displays that error, but http://www.demonknightz.com/ displays a message from google. Either that or maybe I did something wrong when entering the name servers on name.com as it keeps complaining it's not right and i've only got half my options available. Apart from that i'm afraid this is way out of my knowledge base. All i've done since the site creation is upload a phpbb forum and add a google meta tag to the index page. It's even a temporary layout just so I could get something up to test the waters. So I haven't even written the html myself. P.S. If you want to have a look at how the domain is set up, just let me know and i'll post a screenshot. The same goes for the rest of my site. I'll even pm you access into the site if that helps (just in case you can't already just let yourself in). EDIT: At 1:02pm EDT the site appears to be running with not a single issue.

I'm getting that tcp error again. Every now and then it goes away for a while, but it keeps coming back. =S EDIT: Thought I should upload a screenshot just incase it's not showing when/if someone has a look at it.

Wow, this has got to be one of the longest running threads i've ever come across. I really don't think i've ever seen a thread go for 6 years before. I was 15 when this began. =P But anyway i'm getting distracted. My site is just an old template I found when I first joined this site. I'm currently working on something much nicer, but I just want something sitting there on the web till I am finished. =) DemonKnightz (Just hope it's working if anyone checks it out =S)

Considering i'm not paying anything to host a site i'm not going to run around compaining because I have to wait a day or two. =) Thanks Geoff, i logged into cpanel last night and uploaded my site, so that's all good now. =) Just having a weird issue that whenever I try and access my site from work i'm getting a error: "Google Error Not Found The requested URL / was not found on this server" But it only seems to be when I try and access the site at work on www.demonknightz.com, at home i'm fine. So I uploaded my site last night and everything was working wonderfully. I was quite happy to see my site back on the web, that is until this morning when I went to have a look and found this error instead: "Network Error (tcp_error) A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out" The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time. For assistance, contact your network support team." Am I the only one getting this? Is it something at my end as opposed to a server issue? Or is the server just a bit overloaded atm? I'm confused because cpanel seems to be working fine, it's just my site. Username: marbas Domain: demonknightz.com

Thanks for that Geoff. Added both to the name.com name servers list, but i'm currently on the work computer, so I don't have access to the files in system32. I guess i'll just wait till everything pops up. =)

Hey guys, I set up a new account the other day as my old one was deleted due to inactivity, but i've now been waiting for about 7 days with no luck. I'm hoping it has something to do with the google apps crap I accidentally installed to my domain, but I removed that almost immediately and i've still got nothing to show for it. I'm 100% with you there Geoff. =) Personally i've never liked Chrome. I've got nothing really against it, I just prefered the sheer amount of add-ons I had with Firefox. But when I came across Opera I fell in love. Moslty just for the ability to easily look up any coding on a website I liked the looks of. The ability to grab pictures and videos even when people tried to stop me was a big selling point as well. =P But just for general surfing I still use firefox as I've never had any problems with it.

Does anyone know how long it's going to take for this backlog to be cleared up?

So I just went and got myself a registered domain from Name.com, but only in an attempt to guarantee no one else would take it as I have yet to set my site up again. So I'm quite happy with now having a .com, .net and .org all registered to me, but when I was looking at them I noticed there was an option for google apps next to each domain and hoping it would tell me more about google apps I clicked enable. Next thing I know I have some form of email account set up to my domain with absolutely no idea what's going on. I'm sorry to annoy everyone with such an amateur question, but you have to learn somewhere right? What is google apps used for? Will it be useful for me? Can I still use my domain when I set up a site here? (Just a little worried cause now when I visit my site domain I get a google apps page) Domain: www.demonknightz.com

Ah well. There's no need to be sorry, it's no one's fault but my own for not logging into cpanel each month. I just wish the catching up on overdue signups would go away so I could at least begin to set everything up again. =S Does anyone have a rough gestimate as to how long it will take for the signups to be up?

Ok, so I tried to create a new account again this morning, but i've now got to wait for a catch up on overdue signups. Can someone please just try and find my old account under the username Marbas and reactivate it? P.S. I've tried the renew script already.

That's really frustrating. I wish I'd not let my account become inactive. But I guess there's nothing else that can be done. Thanks anyway guys.

Arg! It won't let me create a new account because I tried using a password with charactures in it and now i'm over my "daily signup limit". Can my old account be found with the username Marbas or do I have to wait till tomorrow now?

Sorry, i'll do that from now on then. I know I had an account though. I had a site up and going and even a forum attached to it. So if nothing can be found should I just sign up for a new account? Upon looking into my old folders a bit more, I think Marbas may have been my username. =S
