The domain is working for me now. I see what looks to be a soccer (football) website.

The default Plesk page confirms that your site is working and that files are loading as they should. If your new account is less than 2 hours old, please note that it can It can take up to 2 hours for your account to be fully active. License and registration please. You were suspended for using 105 GB of memory. If you'd like to be unsuspended, you need to come up with a plan to reduce your server load.

I'm not sure honestly, but my guess is 24 hours (basically once all the red disappears), assuming you don't have any new hours during that time where the limit gets exceeded.
