Your account was suspended for High server load: using 200.52 GB memory when the daily limit is 200 GB. Whatever you were running caused too much load. Things like Node and WordPress are the top reasons for account suspension. If you're not sure what caused the load, if you let us know more about what you're running, we can try to suggest ways to keep your memory load down. We recommend you keep an eye on your account load numbers on the load page within your dashboard. I have unsuspended the account now. Please fix the issue quickly since if you make no code changes, another suspension is likely, and there is a Three-Strike Policy in place for repeated infractions of the Suspension Policy. Also, please please please always keep backups of your important files, both at HelioHost and everywhere else. We have seen a lot of users learn the hard way about not keeping backups, and I know from experience how upsetting it can be to lose all your hard work. We strongly recommend that you make regular backups inside Plesk and then download the backup to your local machine. We have info in our Wiki about making Account Backups that you can follow. -
Dear HelioHost Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I recently attempted to log into my Tommy account (username: live7day, linked to the email admin@live7day.com) to check on my hosted website, but I was unable to access it. The login page stated that either the username or password is incorrect. When I checked the HelioHost website directly, I saw that my account has been suspended. I am unsure of the reason for this suspension, but I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to regain access, even temporarily. I have not yet backed up my website's files and code, and I would like to retrieve them as soon as possible. Once I’ve backed up my data, I will promptly disable or delete the website if required. The domain https://gmpacademy.eu/ is working properly for me. Please clear your cache. (Note in your reply you misspelled the domain gmpacedemy.eu, that domain is for sale so I wouldn't expect that one to work if the misspelling was intentional).

Websites do not support being accessed by IP address because the server uses SNI. You must use the domain. If you try to use the IP address, it will always show the countdown page. What domain is not working for you?

Good morning, I'm checking on the assigned ip: http://65.19.154.90/ and since yesterday the page is showing a time countdown of the page about to start. I changed my dns to ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org I wonder if I set it up correctly. Could you please check if there's something missing? Thank you

Your IPv4 reverse DNS, and IPv6 reverse DNS are both set up correctly for the domain mail.wiimart.org. If you want us to switch it to some other domain just let us know. There is one PTR record for your IPv4 and one PTR record for your IPv6. If you're talking about this CNAME 149.191.19.65.in-addr.arpa. 86385 IN CNAME 149.subnet144.191.19.65.in-addr.arpa. your friend doesn't know what they are talking about because that is how reverse DNS control is delegated to subnets that are smaller than /24. The only way it could be removed is if we either bought the entire /24, which costs $256 per month, or contacted our ISP every single time some VPS user wanted to change their reverse DNS. If your friend is talking about "should only be one present" meaning one PTR record between both IPv4 and IPv6, once again they have no idea what they're talking about because if your VPS sends email via IPv6 then that PTR is used and the remote server(s) don't even know about the IPv4 PTR. Likewise if your VPS sends email via the IPv4 then the IPv4 PTR is the only one that matters and remote server(s) have no idea that the IPv6 PTR even exists so they can't possibly interfere with each other.

As above, this is due to the maintenance on Johnny. The background service needed to renew an account is not running at this time because of the maintenance. Your account is in the queue to be renewed though, and will finish renewing automatically when the service is eventually restarted. I don’t have an estimate as to when that will occur.

That's my "PHP Static content management" system, "Annie De Browsa" (ADB) thing from the wayback machine! https://centrewebdesign.com/anniedebrowsa/public/index.php So this is what it's been about, this whole time w/ me whining about templates and open base dir directives. (index.phtml which auto load to iframe from the .php hence these differentiation w/ the extension) ASSUMED: have a folder open in your file manager on your "localhost" development machine USE of "Annie De Browsa" (ADB): from YOUR development path, enter into ADB i-frame the system path, and click "convert" (whatever the button says there) It uses _GET so, you can send to it from command line, as part of your operations (e.g. SHELL$> /usr/bin/firefox /var/www/html/anniedebrowsa/index.phtml?path2url=/var/www/html/my_new_project/is-asp-dot-net/index.aspx becomes http://localhost/my_new_project/is-asp-dot-net/index.aspx I mess w/ python stuff mostly now, so this is just an old project i wanted to "complete", also for understanding PSR-4 / Autoload stuff in my own projects. Cheers and thanks again! What files did you edit to enable it correctly? I tried many various things. I'm pretty sure I know what it's supposed to be outside of Hestia.

Hello everyone, My script created the directory /arniskali.com/bma/static/imagens_conteudo to store some images, but it ended up with the permissions rwx r-x r-x and the owner apache apache, so I’m unable to interact with it. Could you do a chown on this directory to talesaz psacln rwx rwx rwx? Thanks! I’m on the Morty server.
