  2. MX should point to tommy.heliohost.org. You'll also need to create TXT records for SPF and DKIM if you want to be able to send mail. FTP subdomain record isn't necessary as we recommend using tommy.heliohost.org in your client when connecting to FTP. If you want to create it anyway, it should be an A record pointing to same IP as the domain itself. NS isn't necessary if you're using your own DNS. If you want to use our name servers, you would need to change the name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. If you decide to do this, let us know, and we can set up the necessary records for email for you.
  3. I've escalated your thread so an administrator can help you with setting up email for your account.
  4. Domain added, it will take effect in about two hours.
  5. Add a domain:helionet.zdsa.me

  8. I have added A and AAAA record to status.himosoft.com.bd And it's working fine. Can you provide me other configurations info MX Server address NS Servers address FTP Server Address username is : himel server name: tommy
  9. Of course, I'm only commenting on my experience and my personal use on Tommy: - I wasn't using RoundCube. I only use ThunderBird on my main PC. - It might be a placebo effect after these days of pain, but I feel like response times are better than before this DDoS issue. As far as I'm concerned, no further help is needed. Thanks again!
  10. Domains added. You'll need to create an A/AAAA record for each domain and point it to Tommy's IP address, or switch to HelioHost's nameservers. The changes should take effect in about one and a half hours.
  11. Sir my username is himel email: com.himelrana@gmail.com I want to add domain in my hosting. domains want to add: status.himosoft.com.bd docs.himosoft.com.bd todo.himelrana.com
  12. Best of luck and Many thanks.
  13. An update from one of the root administrators:
  14. Here are screenshots of the logs
  15. The work being done on the server has concluded. 🙂 The error message screenshot you posted said "check logs for exact error details", and I've given you a link explaining how to check your account error logs. When you got the same error today, did you check your account error logs using the guidance I sent? Please post what you see in the account error logs, since there should be more details in there to help troubleshoot the issue. Thanks!
  16. We turned off webmail on Tommy late last night. Thanks for letting us know that the performance has in fact improved Please let us know if you need any additional help.
  17. Can you please downgrade it (Username: msbsurfi) and upgrade the other (Username: hhfn). Best Regards, MD Shifat Bin Siddique
  18. Today a quick check shows that the situation has greatly improved: no 503 errors and normal response time. Thanks staff, you guys are great !
  19. Oh there is an error. My account with username msbsurfi has been moved but hhfn was supposed to move.
  20. Yeah, it's a temporary thing related to our fix for the constant 503 errors we've been experiencing on the Tommy server. Scheduled tasks will be back soon.
  21. Looks good. I have credited your account with a balance of $6, and started the move to Morty. Since you're using Cloudflare you'll need to keep an eye out for the second email, and change your DNS records yourself as instructed.
  22. I just checked and I'm still getting the same error. What can I do?
  23. Payment made. Can you please check.
  24. Domain added. Please be sure to configure DNS, the domain may take up to 2 hours to work.
  25. Wanted to update on this topic. In the end, the most practical (and best) option to transfer emails to a new hosting account is: while old server is still live on new server, create same inboxes with same passwords do an IMAP sync from new server inboxes for existing inboxes emails (this copies all emails from current email addresses into new addresses at new provider while DNS has not moved yet. once all these are done, at any time, update name servers to point to new hosting provider and boom, everything operates as if nothing happened... Just my 2 cents.
  26. There was some work being done on the server last night. I'm not sure if it might have impacted your install attempt, but you can check the error logs in your account for more details on the issue: https://wiki.helionet.org/View_Error_Logs We recently tested AbanteCart software, you can find our benchmark report on the chart on the page below. Please be aware of its potential to cause high account load: https://wiki.helionet.org/Common_Software_Load
  27. Hi; My account/username is chrisohps kindly add the following subdomain to my account please: news.burken.com Thanks you
  28. Another user has the same problem, it appears to be affecting Tommy in particular. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I'll update you once an administrator looks into it.
