Dear HelioHost Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to kindly request the removal of the suspension on my account. I recently discovered that I accidentally exceeded the storage limit of my plan. When I noticed the issue today, I attempted to upgrade my storage, but I faced payment difficulties. I am currently in Africa, where PayPal is not available, and the virtual bank card I previously used no longer works due to a technical issue from the provider. As a student, obtaining a physical bank card at the moment is financially challenging. Since I am unable to subscribe to additional storage for now, I respectfully ask if you could please delete the source files associated with my domain: https://ibrain.helioho.st/. This should free enough space for the suspension to be lifted. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you in advance for your understanding and assistance. are you able to rename my domain "pizgdps.helioho.st" to "pzgdps.helioho.st"? im changing hex values in a game and miscounted it by 1 character somehow.

If you use external DNS, Cloudflare is a popular free option, you can manage your DNS yourself, and add domains entirely without admin help. We don't mind helping you with DNS records, but it definitely isn't required to use our nameservers for a domain that isn't helioho.st or heliohost.us if you don't want to.

You can also purchase a VPS for WSGI Control Access.

Hello, admins: I installed hestia panel, and while doing it, yesterday I updated the nameservers on my namecheap account as instructed in the wiki. And it also says that I should ask for DNS configuration to admins. So, could you please, configure DNS for the following domain: tfapp.space I will try to generate the let's encrypt certificate for my hestia cp, and the access will be through: vps.tfapp.space I do not know if this is needed but I read that the records need to be created before generating the certificate. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the info. I think I will go with let's encrypt by now, because I saw that I can reissue the certificate using namecheap, but right now it is showing me errors, so I will have to wait for their support to answer me. Again, thanks a lot
