Yeah, my bad. Since you signed the first post with your name I just stopped reading at that point and didn't even see the username: hhfn after that. I'm not trying to blame you for my mistake, but in the future if you request support for the hhfn account it might make things less confusing for us, and less likely to make mistakes like this if you post from the hhfn forum account instead. We generally don't look at usernames unless the forum account and forum email don't match anything since people are extremely unreliable and often don't even know their own username. The msbsurfi account is moving back to Johnny, and the hhfn account is moving to Morty.

I'm just trying to make a simple landing page that can collect emails for those that want to be signed up to be notified later on while I rebuild my workshop, get a web developer, and bring my business online. I'm not trying to market anything or spam or caring about SEO. Just a simplistic "Coming Soon, enter email if you wish to be notified when we open up." And possibly an email reply that says "Thanks for signing up." I was using Aweber because it was just real simple, but wanted to redirect to my own dot com. Example of the landing page: https://blesdbuds.aweb.page/p/00417afd-43a9-4810-9c9d-ef1514da7f7d I'm trying to learn Sitejet, but I don't know what I'm doing; just clicking on stuff trying to figure it out. This my first time ever doing anything like this, so I'm a clueless idiot stumbling in the dark. If it's better to use Sitejet, I'll spend more time learning it, or if there is a similar service to Aweber that would work easier. Apologies for any inconveniences and thanks for any help.

What errors are you seeing? Error 503 was a known problem on this server recently (should be resolved now), and 502 for a few minutes every 2 hours is normal (Apache restart).

I'm on Tommy plan, and I've noticed that the website is frequently down more than it should. At first I brushed it off since the plan does include some down time but this is definitely a lot it happens every few minutes and it's making me start to wonder whether there's something wrong with my account specifically

Setting the values that way would cause the domain to not be hosted here. What are you trying to do? Are you trying to use your account only for email?

MX should point to tommy.heliohost.org. You'll also need to create TXT records for SPF and DKIM if you want to be able to send mail. FTP subdomain record isn't necessary as we recommend using tommy.heliohost.org in your client when connecting to FTP. If you want to create it anyway, it should be an A record pointing to same IP as the domain itself. NS isn't necessary if you're using your own DNS. If you want to use our name servers, you would need to change the name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. If you decide to do this, let us know, and we can set up the necessary records for email for you.

Of course, I'm only commenting on my experience and my personal use on Tommy: - I wasn't using RoundCube. I only use ThunderBird on my main PC. - It might be a placebo effect after these days of pain, but I feel like response times are better than before this DDoS issue. As far as I'm concerned, no further help is needed. Thanks again! -
Domains added. You'll need to create an A/AAAA record for each domain and point it to Tommy's IP address, or switch to HelioHost's nameservers. The changes should take effect in about one and a half hours.

When you got the same error today, did you check your account error logs using the guidance I sent?
