  8. You can not have any pirated content (movies, music, ebooks, software, scripts etc. ) hosted on your account because it is a violation of the terms of service. If you do it again purposely you will be permanently banned and will never be allowed to have an account here. Do you understand what I am saying?
  9. WordPress is what caused you to get suspended. An empty WordPress blog with no visitors has caused may users to get suspended. Here's a recent one: My suggestion is not using WordPress at all.

  11. I have added acervo.cloud to your account. If you want to redirect it to reiquezynho.heliohos.st, you can add a .htaccess to redirect traffic from one domain to the other.
  12. We will be performing some database maintenance starting shortly. We expect the service to be restored to normal within a few hours. During the maintenance the main website will show some errors for certain functions, such as logging in. If you need to access Plesk while the main database is down you may do so directly at https://johnny.heliohost.org or https://tommy2.heliohost.org depending on which server you're on.
  13. This is very typical for Wordpress, especially if extensions are installed. The best solution is to not use Wordpress, but if you insist on it, avoid using extensions (WooCommerce, Elementor, and Wordfence are notorious for causing load issues, though many others can cause them too), use caching and/or Cloudflare, and consider converting the finished site to static HTML with a converter plugin.   16. Wordpress in general is very problematic as even a fresh installation with no visitors has caused other users to get suspended for the same reason as you. Also try posting your unsuspension request here.
