Hello, I have tested the issue (User feedback) thoroughly. Sometimes (not always) really the download speed is very slow (even 10-20 kbps). But as soon as a user uses Warp/Other VPN, he gets the top internet speed for downloading. Also I have suffered this slow download speed and with warp it is elevated instantly. I believe this is not a server side issue, but as server admin what can I do for visitors so that they can get full speed always without using warp or something? Regards, MD Shifat Bin Siddique

Ohh, it works now. I find it not necessary to change the host names to tommy.heliohost.org (it works too, though), I used bochard.net. The problem is on me, I had input the wrong password that's why I won't be able to login, apologies.

You have to wait 2 hours after enabling it before it works. It's working now.

The settings shown in plesk don't work properly in our environment because of our non-standard implementation, and the fact that we allow external DNS. Very few people have actually gotten them to work, and even then they usually have to forgo SSL because many mail clients don't like the fact the server identifies itself by its server host name, which doesn't match your domain name. As I said above, please use your server's host name (johnny.heliohost.org, tommy.heliohost.org, morty.heliohost.org depending on the server you're on) for both of those host names, and the connection issues should go away.

It's not free. I forget the exact price, but it adds like $13 or $14/month to your cost for the license. do you still want to install this? Or would you prefer something free instead like Hestia?

Direct access to phpmyadmin via external link is not supported. You need to launch it from the Databases page within Plesk because Plesk sends additional data to it to tell it what user and databases to display.

I took a look around your VPS, but there are too many errors to fix them all within an reasonable amount of time. It's pointless to spend 6 hours fixing all the issues. I recommend doing a free rebuild. A rebuild wipes all of your data, deletes the OS, and reinstalls everything back to the default state. Make sure you have a backup of anything you need prior to requesting a rebuild because once it's deleted there is no way to recover it.

The pending suspension for that account has been cancelled. The other user hasn't contacted us yet, so easy enough for us to fix. Shared IPs do indeed cause this issue, and it's been occurring more and more frequently lately due to the use of VPNs along with smaller providers using networks with frequently rotating / shared exit IPs...

As a reminder, our terms of service prohibits hosting proxies on a Plesk account. A VPS is required to host these due to the amount of resources they use. Do you still want this domain?

Also mail.heliohost.org is nonexistent so you can remove that.
