Hello dear Heliohost team, dear @Krydos and @wolstech, I read on Helionet.org that there were problems with the webmail and email of the Tommyy server. As far as I know, I am on the Johnny server. I also eperience e-mail problems. Problem 1: For all my active domains in my account, I have activated webmail. Nevertheless, I can not login to the webmail area. When I enter the e-mail address and password, I get this message: "Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at root@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log." And sometimes I also get this message on my screen: "502 Bad Gateway", which won't let me enter the e-mails address and password at all. Question: how to login into webmail? Problem 2: I login into Plesk. There I found out that on one of my domains in my account, at the "Track Email Delivery" section, I have 4 e-mails delayed. However, when I check these 4 delayed e-mails, it indicates "8 items total" but I can not see the items. So there seems to be a discrepancy between the "4 delayed e-mails", "8 items total" and none of those e-mails are displayed. Please see attached screenshots. Question: how to get access to the delayed e-mails? Or how to solve this problem? What is going on? Kindly awaiting your reply. Thank you! 🙂

SSH is not available on shared hosting accounts due to security reasons, if ssh is needed than you will need to get a VPS.

That domain cannot be added because the contents of your account violate the terms of service. Note that this prohibition also includes selling access to IPTV and related services, even if the actual content is hosted elsewhere, becuase IPTV and related services are illegal in the USA where we are located (copyright infringement).

Alright, I have deleted the new VPS132 that you created, transferred the new subscription to the old VPS35, and you should be good to go. If this happens again in the future please note that you can just click the link in the email to pay for your existing VPS rather than creating a new VPS. Less work for you, and less work for us too. Thanks for being a VPS customer.

This seems resolved. I just modified the dispatch.wsgi and *.htaccess; the pings and logs returned to normal. I will check back again later today.

Readded Digital Plat. URL linked is a referral for an extra domain slot. They recently fixed a lot of bugs and updated their website and dashboard. Will add working links later when I create the websites.

I've added the new domain, and removed the helioho.st one. Please note that we don't really "change" domains, it's done with an add and remove and there's a risk of data loss when domains are removed. Since the folder for the old domain inside Plesk will be deleted, I made a full account backup for you before I removed it, in case you need any of the old files. Your account has been reset, and you'll receive an email shortly with a link to complete the process and create a new account. If you need any data from your old account, a backup of your old account may be available at https://heliohost.org/backup/ once the process is complete. Note that if your account was reset due to malware or a Terms of Service violation, a backup of your account will not be created.
