What happened: I used a custom node-pty based remote shell to deploy a Python application because SSH was not available on the hosting plan. My goal was to clone a Git repository, compile shared binaries required by the application, and install some libraries. I used a deployment approach I’ve used on other hosting providers where SSH isn’t available — I did not intend to create a backdoor, attack the server, or access any other users’ data. I understand how this looked from your side and why you treated it seriously. I accept full responsibility for not checking the Terms of Service closely enough. I want to cooperate fully: * I will remove any questionable files immediately (or provide you with permission to remove them). * I will follow any remediation steps you require and comply with any penalties you impose. * If unsuspension isn’t possible, please let me know whether a reset or alternate remedy is available so I can move forward responsibly.   4. It looks like your account hasn't finished creating yet. Why would you like it to be reset?
  5. That account is already active. If the progress bar got stuck, you can just close the page and head over to https://heliohost.org/login/ to start using it.

  7. The document root by default for domains is already httpdocs so it wouldn't have to be changed.
  8. So it's the 4th. I just took a quick look at the post history and counted the unique titles (which apparently were not unique...). Yeah if this happens again something will need to change.

  12. Domain changed. It can take up to 2 hours to take effect. Please be sure to configure DNS.
  13. No, there's still a 10 domain limit per account. However, you are allowed to have more than one account with Morty, so if you need additional domains, you can just buy a second account.

  17. The server can read php files automatically, you can upload your files in the file manager which can be accessed by clicking the files button in the dashboard section of the dropdown menu for your domain.

  19. It says to "Leave 'UTF-8' as the encoding, set 'Line break type' to 'Convert to Unix style'". I just checked my own Johnny account and the option is there. Please have another look and if you do not see it, please share a screenshot of your view so we can look into this further.

  24. The file has been deleted. Keep in mind you can fix this yourself by increasing your storage space at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/storage/ rather than waiting for an admin.
  25. Domain added, it'll take effect in about twenty minutes. You'll need to create an A/AAAA record to Morty's IP or switch to HelioHost's nameservers if you haven't already.
