[Solved] Account suspended due to high load
wolstech replied to feedora's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
It's suspended due to high server load, specifically CPU usage. This is usually due to things such as code being stuck in a loop, processes that aren't exiting when finished, running scheduled tasks too frequently, or forgetting to close SFTP connections when you're done with them. Since it's been suspended for more than 24 hours there aren't many details available. Please watch your load here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ and make any adjustments needed to keep your load down. If you have questions, feel free to ask. Unsuspended. Your account can take up to 2 hours to function. - Today

2026/05/31 17:06:15 [emerg] 613206#613206: duplicate location "/" in /home/bawantha/conf/web/anonymizer.bawantha-beliwaththa.me/nginx.ssl.conf_flask.conf:1 It looks like you tried to add a custom nginx directive but you are trying to pass a location context to another proxy when Hestia already passes all traffic to Apache on port 8080, i fixed the error, and restarted nginx let us know if the error still persists. to add the proxy to port 5001 back, login to hestia, go to web and then click edit, on anonymizer.bawantha-beliwaththa.me, after that click Advanced options and then change the proxy template to python or node depending on what you are using, and then set 5001 in the backend port setting. i also made a backup of your code before making any changes which you can find in /home/bawantha/

[Solved] Request to Add Subdomains to My HelioHost Account
wolstech replied to Texus's topic in Customer Service
The main domain (texu.helioho.st) itself counts one, so you can only add 4 of those subdomains. I've added tools/store/portal/project for you and left off apk since it doesn't fit. The domains can take up to 2 hours to function. -
It looks like yesod already figured it out, but for anyone who doesn't already know you can manage your PayPal subscriptions at https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/ If you cancel it through there it won't automatically try to bill you anymore, but your VPS will stay active until your payment runs out. We have had quite a few people ask for pay-as-you-go billing for VPS so you can just pay with one-time payments instead of setting up a subscription. This is something we will implement eventually, but like most things there is no exact ETA for it.

Please help me fix my account, and if possible, restore the data.

Did you download your backup from https://heliohost.org/backup ? - Yesterday

I'll go ahead and put it back for now with a redirect to your new one for you since you have old links floating around out there. Please go through your content and update the links to use the new domain, as there will be a point where the old domain will stop working entirely. Until then, your old domain will automatically direct users to your new domain when they visit it, so the links aren't broken. The alias can take up to 2 hours to function.

DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain pinahouse.heliohost.us. We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.

Remote MySQL Connection Issue from External Server
wolstech replied to csierrae1815's topic in Customer Service
This should be supported. I can have Krydos check on it for you, but just need to know there the connection comes from. Do you know what IP address the inbound connection from Railway is coming from? -
Domain added, will take effect in just under an hour. If you're not using HelioHost's nameservers, you'll need to create an A/AAAA record to Morty's IP for the new domain.

[Solved] Suspended: csierrae1815
csierrae1815 replied to csierrae1815's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
Thank you very much for the response and for unsuspending my account. I have completely moved my Node.js application to an external server to prevent any further excessive memory usage on Tommy. The account will now only be used for the frontend static files / database, ensuring it remains well within the resource limits. I appreciate your help and understanding. -
Johnny hosted domains and subdomains need re-creation
wolstech replied to flexo's topic in Customer Service
Domains re-added. They should work within 2 hours. And yeah, I agree that messaging can be confusing especially for users with external DNS who may not realize the domain needs to be added. The page was written with the expectation that users would be using our DNS (which back in our cPanel days was actually a requirement to add the domain). For users who do use our DNS, an unconfigured domain simply doesn't resolve and returns NXDOMAIN instead of that page, so its obvious its not set up. When external DNS is used, it's possible to force an unconfigured domain to resolve, and the server just shows that page because it has no idea what to do with requests for the domain. -
[Solved] Recovering my website and databases
Krydos replied to rafasan's topic in Escalated Requests
Sounds good. Let us know if you need help with anything else. -
Please don't create multiple threads for the same topic. It's possible the backup was performed before you created your PHP file. You'll need to either look for the PHP file in your own backup, or recreate it from scratch.

Subdomains added. It can take up to 2 hours for them to start working.

I've changed the main domain on your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for your new domain to fully work. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache Please note there is a risk of data loss when main domains are changed, so I made a full backup for you before I made the changes, in case you need any files from the old domain. You can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups

Domain added. Please be sure to configure DNS. The domain can take up to 2 hours to function.
