  2. Your account was suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You have 3 options to regain access to your account: You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.

  8. No, there's still a 10 domain limit per account. However, you are allowed to have more than one account with Morty, so if you need additional domains, you can just buy a second account.
  9. Dear Sir, My username is: argoma , i'm begineer on website management experience .I would like to reset my account since I lost access because I exceeded the 1000MB limit. I think it happened because I didn’t consider that laravel unzip need more space. I tried to access via FTP to delete unnecessary files, but the account is blocked. So, with no other option, please delete everything and I will start over. I'd also like to change the domain's document root from /httpdocs/public to /httpdocs (if possible)

  23. Domain added, it'll take effect in about twenty minutes. You'll need to create an A/AAAA record to Morty's IP or switch to HelioHost's nameservers if you haven't already.

  25. Here's a guide I found on how to install Tomcat on Ubuntu 24. Since you have root access to the VPS you have the ability to install anything you want without an admin's help. https://medium.com/@jasonrbodie/learn-linux-install-apache-tomcat-10-and-nginx-on-ubuntu-24-04-5bcdd9fad1c9 If you're new to Linux or if if you have any questions feel free to ask. We prefer to give users the opportunity to learn how to do stuff like this themselves if they're willing to learn. If you mess things up you always get 1 free rebuild per month.
  26. Yeah, thanks for using Perl. Not many people do so it's cool to see it getting some use. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
  27. Credit added. Thank you for the top up.
