Alright, I have deleted the new VPS132 that you created, transferred the new subscription to the old VPS35, and you should be good to go. If this happens again in the future please note that you can just click the link in the email to pay for your existing VPS rather than creating a new VPS. Less work for you, and less work for us too. Thanks for being a VPS customer.

This seems resolved. I just modified the dispatch.wsgi and *.htaccess; the pings and logs returned to normal. I will check back again later today.

Readded Digital Plat. URL linked is a referral for an extra domain slot. They recently fixed a lot of bugs and updated their website and dashboard. Will add working links later when I create the websites.

I've added the new domain, and removed the helioho.st one. Please note that we don't really "change" domains, it's done with an add and remove and there's a risk of data loss when domains are removed. Since the folder for the old domain inside Plesk will be deleted, I made a full account backup for you before I removed it, in case you need any of the old files. Your account has been reset, and you'll receive an email shortly with a link to complete the process and create a new account. If you need any data from your old account, a backup of your old account may be available at https://heliohost.org/backup/ once the process is complete. Note that if your account was reset due to malware or a Terms of Service violation, a backup of your account will not be created.

No. That said, it will still get killed if you exceed your load limit and get suspended. As of right now, it looks like the script is using so few resources that that won't be an issue.

The domain has been added, but in order to actually host it with us you must do 1 of the following 2 options. Use our nameservers by logging in to your registrar and setting your NS records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org Use any external DNS that you want, Cloudflare is a popular free option, and create an A record with the value 65.19.154.90 and an AAAA record with the value 2001:470:1:1ee::1002

It looks like its working to me. If you replace the files, you may need to expressly restart the app in Plesk, and/or wait 2 hours for Apache to restart before you see any changes. During that time, you may see errors. https://api.qutegifts.co.uk/api/health

That's normal for new accounts since we don't set those up by default. DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain potato-launcher.heliohost.us. We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.

[Solved] Unsuspend my account

No problem. I've unlinked your paypal account from the imaraproducts account and have unsuspended both accounts. It can take several minutes before you'll be able to log in, and the domains can take up to 2 hours to function. In the future, please contact support before you buy an account for another person. The suspension occurred because our system detected that you suddenly bought a second account that wasn't on Morty, which is prohibited as you're aware. Note that if we detect similar or cross-hosted content on either of these accounts, or if we detect the same user logging into both accounts, they may be subject to resuspension and a requirement to move to Morty to be unsuspended.
