  2. Glad you found what you needed in the backup. Once you've got the domains purchased, please feel free to make a new thread request. This thread is in the Escalated section for the backup question, but any admin can add domains so making a new thread will mean the non-root-admin helpers will probably see it quicker to get it done for you. 🙂 Also I'll add a link for any other forum users who may see this post and want to consider using Namecheap to purchase a domain since we recommend them: https://heliohost.org/partners/ Using the affiliate link to sign up and register your domain will not cost anything extra, but it helps HelioHost earn a bit of commission for the referral. Please note: You may need to disable your ad blocker or add the link to your allowlist, since some adblockers may flag it even though it's safe.
  3. Hello, Regarding Johnny's recent reset, the support team has stated that MySQL databases are sometimes not fully recoverable in a standard .sql format. This is usually why they might be missing from the regular backup files you downloaded. However, the raw server files (such as .frm and .ibd table structures) might still be stored on the server's backend. If you know the exact names of your old databases, please reply with them here. A Root Administrator can check the system to see if those raw files are available for you. Let's keep this thread open for an admin to look into your files!

  5. We're not sure what you're asking here. If you mean you want to restore a backup you have on your computer, you have to unpack it and restore the files. Depending on the format, it will either be a plain tar.gz file (which you can open with something like 7zip and upload the files inside), or a plesk backup (see here for instructions to unpack that and get the files and databases). There is no way automatically import a user-provided backup.
  6. Please check your PMs for information regarding your Lily account.
  7. Sorry if the mail used needs replacing: Sure enough https://heliohost.org/status/?u=milano keeps telling me "That account is awaiting validation... Resend" without any mail coming, but when using for parameter "u" the mail address now out of favor instead: "That account has been backed up and then taken offline due to inactivity." I got a backup tarball this way, from 2024 though. So if you can enable the account for long enough to change the mail address, I'll be happy to do so.
  8. Looks like you posted here and also emailed to ask for the same thing: https://helionet.org/index/topic/68011-hh741996-re-account-created/ It's the same unpaid volunteer staff (and there aren't that many of us!) who donate our free time to help on the forum and on the support email address, so please do not duplicate our work unnecessarily. For guidance on where and how to ask for help, see: https://wiki.helionet.org/FAQ#Where_do_I_ask_for_help? To understand how Community-Powered Technical Support works, visit: https://wiki.helionet.org/FAQ#How_does_community-powered_support_work? For support response timelines (SLAs and ETAs), check: https://wiki.helionet.org/ETA Asking the same question in multiple places can lead to wasted staff time and effort, resulting in slower support timescales for you and other users.
  9. Thank you very much for your kind support! Everything looks perfect!

You need to reduce the frequency of your scheduled tasks (preferably to no more than once every 15 minutes), and make sure your code exits quickly. The jobs causing this look to be that collector_control and ogn_bridge_control task. Scheduled tasks keeps your system account logged in when they're running, and since those two tasks are running every minute/two minutes, your account is "awake" constantly and wasting CPU. You were close to yet another suspension today, so we turned your tasks off to prevent the suspension for you. Please reduce the frequency of the jobs. If you receive a third load suspension, you will be required to buy a Morty account to be unsuspended again. EDIT: It is indeed those two tasks. This is your load chart an hour after I turned them off. Nice big cliff when the tasks stopped.
  11. You're welcome All of us here at HelioHost glad to have Johnny back as well. Looks like you solved your problem, but if you need anything feel free to let us know.
  12. Do you want iqpc.cc to redirect to iqpc.info, or just show the same content as iqpc.info while still showing iqpc.cc in the address bar?
  13. I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  14. That account was lost in the recent Johnny crash. I'm not sure how your site could be online since you currently don't have an account at all. The good news is Johnny was rebuilt and is now available again. You can recreate the lost account at https://heliohost.org/status/ by entering your username. Once the account sets up, you'll need to re-request your domains and restore a backup of your data.
  15. The domain limit on Johnny is 5, so these won't fit. Prior to the crash, we allowed people who already had more than five to keep them until they were removed or changed, but when the server crashed it effectively removed everyone's domains on Johnny. All accounts being recreated will need to follow the current limit. You were one of only a few Johnny users who had more than 5 domains. You'll need to either upgrade to Tommy (where the limit is 10), or trim this list down to five domains total so we put them on Johnny. If you would like to buy the Tommy upgrade, go ahead and purchase that through the dashboard, and once the move completes we can add the domains. If you would prefer to just add 5 domains instead, let us know which 5 you want and we'll go ahead and get them added for you. One of them will need to be your main domain as well.
  16. I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect. Since you've already set your nameservers, there's no further action you need to take. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache

    Johnny Upgrade

The free plan is now back, and better than ever! The Johnny rebuild has been completed and free signups will be opening in about 30 minutes. If you don't already have an account you can signup at https://heliohost.org/signup/ We expect signups to fill pretty quickly, so be ready to click as fast as you can. On May 9th we emailed all of the active Johnny users, and offered them a free trial on Morty to get their websites back online during the rebuild. If you are one of those free users currently on Morty we will be emailing you to ask if you want to stay on Morty or go back to Johnny. If you want to stay on Morty you can use this link https://buy.stripe.com/7sI8wOe4p40y9q0147 to pay $5 which will last about 6 months without overages. If you make a payment let us know so we can make sure it gets applied to your account. If we don't hear back from your we will move you to Johnny automatically in a few days. If you decided not to accept a free trial, you can recreate your Johnny account by going to https://heliohost.org/status/ and entering your email or username. The website will recreate your account for you on the new Johnny server. The new account will be empty so if you want to restore your previous website you'll need to download your backup from https://heliohost.org/backup/ or use a backup that you made yourself. Keep in mind that if your backup is missing anything we may still be able to recover it for you. Just let us know what you're missing, and we can take a look. The new Johnny also has a number of upgrades such as Python 3.14, MariaDB 12.2, PostgreSQL 18.4, etc. If your script isn't working, make sure you're using the correct shebang version. Let us know if you have any questions.
  19. @wolstech I just checked the NS records, not the DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records. I didn't realize they were already set up. I just knew I couldn't edit their Cloudflare settings for them. @urbanshed If you're DNS records are already set up try sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.
  20. The server your account is on (Johnny) crashed 2 weeks ago. Please see https://helionet.org/index/topic/67733-when-it-rains-it-pours/ for more information. Once the server is back up, we'll be able to look into the account creation issue, if it doesn't resolve on its own once the server is running again. Once more news is available about the Johnny rebuild, it wil be posted in the News section of the forum here: https://helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/
  21. That domain has already been added.
  22. Last week
  23. Thank. you that was great.
  24. Fixed. If you delete the document root folder, you'll break the domain. There are special permissions on those folders that you can't set yourself, so even if you recreate the folder, you still have to contact support to have the permissions fixed.
  25. thank you for sharing storage screenshots and helping me, getting to my mails so that I can delete them.
  26. So, Morty and Morty2 are using much newer versions of MariaDB than Tommy. When you went from Morty to Tommy some of your new collation doesn't exist on Tommy's older MariaDB so it wasn't able to create those tables. ERROR 1273 (HY000) at line 766 in file: '/tmp/pmm-ru-udb-dump-yVJTNQ/backup_sqldump_2605201808': Unknown collation: 'utf8mb4_uca1400_ai_ci' We're going to be upgrading Tommy to use the same version of MariaDB as Morty2 as soon as the Johnny rebuild is finished. You've got enough Morty balance now to last probably 2 years with no overages, so it probably won't be an issue again for you. I found 6 databases, and put them in your home folder for you as .sql files. You'll probably need to recreate the database, and then import the .sql file in. Since you're on Morty2 now there shouldn't be any issue with the collation anymore. Let us know if you're still missing anything.
  27. DNS recreated.
  28. Your account has been reset. You should receive an email link to recreate your account shortly.
