    Hello, I recently reactivated my account, but all my files and databases are completely missing. I do not have a local backup of my website, and the official backup tool did not find any files for my account either. Could an administrator please check your internal server archives to see if there is any backup of my data that can be manually restored?     Hello, Regarding Johnny's recent reset, the support team has stated that MySQL databases are sometimes not fully recoverable in a standard .sql format. This is usually why they might be missing from the regular backup files you downloaded. However, the raw server files (such as .frm and .ibd table structures) might still be stored on the server's backend. If you know the exact names of your old databases, please reply with them here. A Root Administrator can check the system to see if those raw files are available for you. Let's keep this thread open for an admin to look into your files!
