Hello HelioHost Support Team, I am experiencing a technical issue while deploying a Next.js application on my HelioHost account. Issue Summary The Node.js application fails during the automatic npm install step. As a result, the dependencies are not installed, and the application cannot start. Error Message npm error code Unknown system error -122 npm error syscall open npm error path /home/<username>/.npm/_cacache/tmp/... npm error errno Unknown system error -122 npm error Invalid response body while trying to fetch https://registry.npmjs.org/... Because the installation fails, running the application also results in: next: command not found since the required dependencies are never installed. Troubleshooting Performed Verified that the application files were uploaded correctly. Confirmed that the problem occurs during npm install. Attempted to install packages manually. Attempted to update packages. The error consistently references the npm cache directory located in the account's home directory. Issue 2 – Incorrect Domain Targeting My HelioHost account contains two different domains. However, the Node.js application appears to be associated with the wrong domain. During deployment and execution, it does not target the domain I selected for this application. I expected the Node.js application to run only for my benyamina.online domain, but it seems to be using the account's default configuration instead. I also received messages related to changing the document root, and the application does not appear to be correctly linked to the intended domain. Could you please verify that: the Node.js application is attached to the correct domain (benyamina.online); the Application Root and Document Root are configured correctly; there are no conflicts caused by having multiple domains on the same hosting account. Request Could you please investigate: Why npm install fails with Unknown system error -122. Whether there is a filesystem or npm cache issue affecting my account. Whether the Node.js application is correctly assigned to the benyamina.online domain. It seems like the VPS is fine and your internet connection is probably the bottleneck.

Users are only allowed to use the python binaries provided by our server. You may not download and run your own. If you have concerns that something doesn't work, you need to contact support. Trying to modify anything outside your home folder, or creating symlinks to files outside your home folder, will result in a hacking ban. You're sharing a server with several thousand other users. If you want to run custom binaries or access the rest of the server, you need a VPS. If you use /tmp, you should not leave your files in /tmp permanently, as doing so can fill /tmp (which will break the server) and can also be seen as evading the disk space limit (we've had users do that before...). If you do store something in /tmp, your code should either move those files into your account or delete them when finished. If your account is seen doing this sort of thing again, your account will receive a permanent ban without warning or refund. Unsuspended. Your account can take up to 2 hours to function.

When domains are added/removed, or when settings like enabling node or switching PHP versions are changed, Apache has to restart to load the new config before it takes effect. Since you are one of several thousand sites on the server, there are always changes like that being made, and people waiting for them. If you've ever requested a domain or used some of the options in Plesk and were told it takes "up to 2 hours to take effect", the Apache restart is what you're waiting for.

First of all, Morty is the better server. Tommy is slower and older. You were originally on Morty and you have a $16 balance still, but you downgraded yourself to Tommy for some reason. I asked you why, but you never responded to me. There's really no good reason for you to to be on Tommy, especially since you already have more than a year's worth of Morty credit. Is this a real business or is it just a demo site?
