urbanshed Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago (edited) I am facing an issue where emails sent from my domain are being delivered to recipients’ spam/junk folders, mainly on Gmail and Yahoo. This is also happening when I reply to emails that I have already received from those recipients. Edited 12 hours ago by urbanshed Quote
Unknown025 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago This looks like you don't have DKIM/DMARC configured, which is something an administrator would need to setup for you. Quote
urbanshed Posted 11 hours ago Author Posted 11 hours ago “Are Sieve vacation/autoreply emails DKIM signed for custom domains? My autoresponder mails fail DMARC.” normal mails are delivering successfully. Quote

We can only set up email for people who use ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org Quote
wolstech Posted 59 minutes ago Posted 59 minutes ago I actually checked this user's DNS earlier, the records were there when i queried them, so it looks like be did set this up, and at minimum the SPF and DMARC were correct. DKIM was also set up, though I didn't verify that the key was correct. I'm not sure why these would be going to spam considering these settings are configured... might be a provider issue on the other end. If that's the case, the only thing you can do is simply mark the emails as "not spam". The provider should eventually figure out that they're not junk. Quote
Krydos Posted 36 minutes ago Posted 36 minutes ago @wolstech I just checked the NS records, not the DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records. I didn't realize they were already set up. I just knew I couldn't edit their Cloudflare settings for them. @urbanshed If you're DNS records are already set up try sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be. Quote
