wolstech Posted May 16 Posted May 16 Your account is on Johnny, which crashed last week and is in the process of being rebuilt. While there is a Plesk server alive at johnny.heliohost.org, that's the "new" Johnny that doesn't have any accounts on it (since it's still being rebuilt). For the time being, users can download backups of their files from https://heliohost.org/backup/ If you would like to get your site back online quickly, we can offer a free trial of Morty during the outage, and when Johnny becomes available again, your account will be seamlessly moved to Johnny. If you're interested, please let us know and we can get an invite sent over to you.
