I used to occasionally receive a ?502 Bad Gateway? error, but it would resolve itself within about 10 minutes. However, now my website is completely inaccessible and the ?502 Bad Gateway? error does not go away at all. Please assist me as soon as possible in resolving this issue. Thank you.

MoneyBroz Posted April 8 Posted April 8 Please do not spam 3 emails on the same issue. Someone will assist you when they can, spamming just pushes your request further back rather than solving it faster.

We all have full time jobs and lives outside of this project. We run this organization in our free time, and if we don't have very much free time things don't get done very quickly."

All helpers are unpaid volunteers who donate their time because they enjoy helping users. It is not enjoyable or fun for them when someone spams the support inbox with 3 emails in less than a minute for the exact same issue. wolstech Posted April 8 Posted April 8 After reviewing your request, it appears your account is not the only one affected by this issue. PHP is intermittently failing for all Johnny users. As of this reply your website is working properly. We're looking into the cause of the intermittent PHP failures. Note that this issue is specific to Johnny users. Users of our Tommy and Morty plans are not affected.
