HelioHost Posted March 5 Posted March 5 Username: aspaixao00, Server: Johnny, Main domain: aspaixao00.helioho.stHello, yes, I created two accounts. This one and another with the email address alexandre_paixao@hotmail.com. This account is for me to do publishing and database testing, the other is for my daughter who is learning UX/UI and QA. If it's not possible to keep both accounts, could you please keep only this one with the email address: aspaixao@gmail.com and I will use it together with my daughter? Thank you for letting me explain before removing the account. Unknown025 Posted March 5 Posted March 5 Thank you for reaching out and explaining, I've cancelled the suspension for aspaixao00. It is against our terms of service (https://wiki.helionet.org/Terms) to create more than one account, even if maintaining for someone else. If your daughter is able to use her account completely independently, that would be fine. You could also request an exception from the policy, and an administrator would get back to you.
wolstech Posted March 5 Posted March 5 Also, if you want to have a second website for your daughter to use, you can have up to 5 websites on a single account. Just let us know the domain name you want and we can add it to your existing account for you.
