Hello! Our email system only supports ASCII characters. It seems like you may be posting non-ASCII characters which just show up as "?" question marks for us and we cannot read your message.

Please send your request in English using ASCII characters and we should be able to read it. Otherwise you could also use https://helionet.org to send us a message in UTF-8, but the only language we are fluent in is English so it would be helpful if you could translate it to English either way. Thank you!

My domain is no longer working after having been working previously. I
accidentally deleted something, and now it's not working. Please fix this

When I go to your domain I see a basic auth password field. Are you asking how to remove the password requirement? If not can you describe what you mean by "not working"?

Yes, the password field wasn't showing up before, and the domain was
working, but I don't know what to do.

You had the entire domain configured to be password protected in Plesk. I've turned that off for you to get rid of the password prompt.
