Good day.
Please note that I did not create multiple accounts.
I believe it could be a family member as I recommended heliohost to them. I did recommend the service to some of my friends but I doubt it's any of them as they don't share devices or internet connection.
And yes, we do share the same internet connection and at times laptop/home pc. I have no reason to create multiple accounts as I am satisfied with what I already have with resources I have barely used. I have financially supported you to get my account. I also contributed $30+ with the goal to get Stevie.
If I wanted to abuse the system/commit mischief, I don't think I'd want to support anything.
Note that I only have one domain mailzify.com which I plan to use for my professional communication and only have the email from yahoo registered with you. Oh and not to forget my free first domain lizard.gq which is no longer being used. If there are any other information linked to this specific account, they are not mine and should be deleted.
I'm at work at the moment and tried to reach my family with no responses. I'll try to reach out again later and check if any of them did register for an account and request them to reach out to you as well.

First of all, thank you for your recent donation! However, we have noticed a new login to your account that may indicate a violation our Terms of Service. If you didn't read our Terms during the creation of your account you may do so now by going to https://heliohost.org/terms/

Sometimes this can be triggered erroneously by one of the following:

? Multiple family members creating an account from the same internet connection.
? Logging in from a school internet connection where another student also has an account.
? Logging in from a work internet connection where a coworker also has an account.
? Maintaining an account for someone else.

In the last year, 60% of the accounts we were forced to suspend were because people didn't read the first line in our Terms of Service and created more than one account without getting permission in advance. This applies to both our free Johnny accounts and donor Tommy accounts. If you'd like to have more than one account you may do so by moving your accounts to our Morty plan which does not have a limit.

Since we're a small non-profit organization funded primarily by donations we don't have a huge budget to purchase an unlimited number of servers to keep up with the demand for accounts. We turn away hundreds of people every day who would love to have an account, but we can't host their website because our servers are so full. We don't think it's fair for some people to have more than one account, while at the same time, so many other people aren't able to have an account at all.

If you did create more than one account, just let us know which one you'd like to keep, or explain what the situation is. Can you please find out who the other account belongs to and have them contact us as well from the email address on their account? 

We just need to confirm there's 2 people here and both accounts can be kept.

Your family member has indeed reached out to us, and I've just replied to them. ? Both your accounts have been unsuspended and you should both be able to login now. As well, I have added both your usernames to our Multiple Account Detection System's exception list, so they will not be flagged as duplicates any more.

We love referrals, especially from users such as yourself who are longtime supporters. If you recommend us to anyone else, please contact us ahead of time so we can work with you to prevent the automated system from suspending accounts it thinks are duplicates.
