It looks like the domain eimfix.co hasn't been purchased yet. It also looks like the domain eimfix.com has been added to your account already. If you wish to purchase the eimfix.co domain we recommend using our affiliate program with Namecheap to do so. Here is the link

https://heliohost.org/partners/namecheap/eimfix.co

It doesn't cost you anything extra to use our affiliate link and we get a few cents for each purchase. Once the domain is purchased let us know and we can add it to your account.

Hello,

I've just tested Plesk on my own Johnny account and it loads, so the issue doesn't seem to be with Plesk. When you say "not working", we'll need some more information to investigate the problem, please. Do you get an error message when you try to login to Plesk? If yes than what does the error message say? Please try clearing your web browser cache (you can follow the steps here if you're not sure how: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/clear-your-cache) and then try to login to Plesk again. Do you get the same error message, or a new error message? The more details you give us about the problem, the faster and better we'll be able to help you resolve the issue.

Many thanks,

A timeout error when accessing Plesk usually indicates that your IP address is blocked due to too many failed attempts. However, without the actual error message the only thing I can do is speculate. Could you take a screenshot, once you attempt to access Plesk unsuccessfully?

Please keep in mind that screenshots need to be uploaded to an image host and the link sent to us. The support email does not accept images or other attachments.

Can you try logging in using normal HTTPS instead (not using 8443)? (Log in either via https://heliohost.org/login/ , or via https://johnny.heliohost.org/ to access Plesk via normal  the normal HTTPS port)

Also, what happens when you try another browser or an incognito window?

I am unable to reproduce the issue on our side. Your account works fine when I do "Login as customer", so it's likely an issue with the device or network that you're using to access it.

The fact that they see Javascript errors on the johnny.heliohost.org URL though probably means that port 8443 is working for them though.

What browser are you using?

Your account has been deleted.

I'm still curious why our login system works for 4000 other people, but not for you. If you could let us know what browser you were using to login that would be a great start.
