Ahh, that makes sense. Yes, the same VPS number and IP are still available for you that you had before. Go ahead and signup through the website, and pay then we'll get everything else taken care of. Did you need to take a backup of anything from your old VPS? Since you're going from 100 GB hard drive to 50 GB hard drive we'll need to delete the VPS and recreate it.

Yes,I need to backup all the data, from previous vps.
I guess it had lots of space. But anyways I am taking 100 GB storage now.
I will make the payment and reach out to you.

Thank you,
Ajay Kulal

Since you signed up for a VPS with the same amount of storage as it had before it won't need to be deleted and recreated. I edited your existing VPS down to 5 GB memory, 8 CPUs, and 100 GB storage and powered it back on as is. Let us know if there's anything else you need help with.

Helloo?
i am not able to login into the vps,
is it just because you have recreated it and changed the password , or
someone hacked it into?
Please let me know soon.

Thanx,
Ajay Kulal

The general support email usually has a ~24-48 hour turnaround time for VPS support, sometimes longer. Sending multiple emails will not speed up response time, and may actually cause it to take longer since the queue is worked oldest first.

Unless something has changed, the best way to receive support for a VPS is to reply to your welcome email (the one you received with your credentials when your VPS was created). Replying to your welcome email sends the message directly to the VPS admin responsible for your account.  Using general support may take longer since them seeing your message in the support email depends on them checking it. I do see on Friday that Krydos responded to you here, but I don't know how quickly he'll see today's message.

Also, the general support mailbox is often worked by forum moderators and admins such as myself who cannot provide support for VPS issues.

Finally, as a reminder, all support staff at HelioHost is volunteer (none of us are paid for our work), and it is also a holiday week in the USA where we are based. As such support is likely to take longer than normal due to our volunteers spending time with their family.
