HelioHost Posted November 26, 2019 Posted November 26, 2019 Username: surebe77, Server: Tommy, Main domain: surebe77.heliohost.org I am very sorry to hear that maybe I forced my script too much and I'mwilling to work on it and reduce its load as I was earlier ? https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/37830-hh569383-profiling-script-resources-usage/
Luigi123 Posted November 27, 2019 Posted November 27, 2019 That account cannot be unsuspended. Sorry for the Inconvenience that has caused!
wolstech Posted November 27, 2019 Posted November 27, 2019 Well that one's odd...reason given is "Do not unsuspend." but I don't see anything obvious that would cause this reason to be assigned (usually this reason shows up due to illegal activity of some sort). I'm wondering if this account was the one to blame for the 15+ minute outage the server had earlier today... Krydos probably has the details.
HelioHost Posted November 27, 2019 Author Posted November 27, 2019 I am really sorry if I have caused that inconvenience.Could you please investigate into this further? If there's something wrongI'll solve it.I don't want to cause any problem and I understand that you have yourreasons for my suspension. Thanks for your attention
Luigi123 Posted November 27, 2019 Posted November 27, 2019 We’ll have to wait for Krydos to check on this for you.

Krydos Posted November 28, 2019 Posted November 28, 2019 Yes, you were responsible for the 15 minute downtime on Tommy. Why on earth did your account have 500 phantomjs processes open at the same time?
HelioHost Posted November 28, 2019 Author Posted November 28, 2019 Something bad happened with the code, since I was limiting them to lessthan 14 at a time (and that was a test, i will limit them to 8).Maybe someone else other than me loaded the page and started the script. Is there some way i could avoid restarting the script if it's alreadyrunning? Sn1F3rt Posted November 28, 2019 Posted November 28, 2019 That'll be done only after an admin is online. Maybe, you'll be unsuspended after an admin removes that script temporarily.
Krydos Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 Your backup should be available at https://www.heliohost.org/backup/
HelioHost Posted November 29, 2019 Author Posted November 29, 2019 Thanks, so my suspension is officially definitive? Krydos Posted December 2, 2019 Posted December 2, 2019 You caused 15 minutes of downtime on our best server. If you want a second chance I can restore your account on Johnny.
