    Cron jobs

I'm afraid that you can only have one job with a frequency of 12 hours, or two jobs with a frequency of 24h. Sorry. If you like, you can request more from the root admin (djbob), but he rarely extends the limit on cron jobs.
  2. Just change your nameservers to what eniedoc said, but you don't need to do anythin in your cPanel config. It can take around 48 hours to make your account active.
  3. Actually, no. Charlie isn't up yet; it is currently being configured. Although, it's great that Stevie's doing so well!!
  4. This is a very strange issue. You might need to signup again if HelioHost can't recover your accounts. If you haven't kept backups, please recover as much as you can from the Google web cache: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/sear...lvatoreg.co.cc/ http://www.google.com/search?oe=UTF-8&...d.heliohost.org (choose 'Cached' next to page) Glepp - what's your domain? Francesco - what's your cPanel username? Sorry for any inconvenience

    Cron jobs

Sorry, you can only run 2 cron jobs per day. Actually, bandwidth isn't the problem. Cron jobs put lots of pressure on the server and can cause downtime if abused. Sorry for any inconvenience - these terms have only been set to minimize downtime.
  6. A support admin will be able to let you know if your account is queued. There are currently 300 accounts queued. If your email is @hotmail, then Hotmail has blocked HelioHost and you probably won't have got a confirmation email. Wizard has kindly volenteered to make a script that automatically checks if someones account is queued (in development).

    Cron jobs

You can run 2 cron jobs per day.
  8. Please edit your post and remove your private certificate info so nobody else can use your certificate! WebDisk has been disabled because not many people used it and to minimize server load. Why don't you use FTP instead? I believe it is just the same as WebDav except with less security. In cPanel, under 'SSL/TS manager', have you tried 'Activate SSL on Your Web Site (HTTPS)'?
  9. We currently have a backlog of accounts due to a small error in the signup script (which has been fixed). Signups have been temporarily closed to ensure Stevie doesn't become overloaded. At the moment, due to the current problems, it could take about 7 days for your account to become active. Once your website displays an 'Account Queued' message, you will be able to login to cPanel and it should take no longer than 24 hours for your website to become active. Sorry for any inconvenience
  10. Both websites (xuepx.heliohost.org and team.xupex.cn) are showing fine? If the error is still occuring, please try clearing your internet cache.
  11. HelioHost does not force you to place ads on your site. Advertisements are placed on the official HelioHost and HelioNet to earn money for running the servers, management, etc.
  12. You need to add the following nameservers to your .co.cc domain: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org I believe that .co.cc requires you to input the above information in the .co.cc control panel within 48 hours of creation (so do it quickly!! ). Due to the current backlog, you will have to wait about 144 hours for your account to become active. Sorry for any inconvenience.

    Whoops! Sorry! Didn't notice that!!
  14. Wizard has kindly volenteered to make a script which will show users how their account is doing in the queue ( http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=8086 ). Hopefully this will benefit the members of HelioHost and the staff. When your website shows a 'HelioHost Account Queued' message, it means that your cPanel account is active but your website will be active in under 24 hours. Hopefully your site will be up in a few days. Sorry about the extended wait.

The server has been setup to allow only a certain number of signups per day. When you visited the signup page, that limit had been reached causing signups to be temporarily closed until tomorrow (PST). This is to prevent the server from being backlogged and overloaded with signup requests. Unfortunately, at the moment, HelioHost have been forced to temporarily close signups as the server has a backlog of signup requests due to an error in the creation script. Please try again in a few days in the morning (PST). Sorry for any inconvenience.
  16. Thanks, Wizard! I hope this will benefit HelioNet and it's staff.
  17. Sorry, your account has been destroyed as you have not logged into a .php file on cPanel (http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082) for 30 days. At the moment, signups are closed due to the current backlog, but they should be open again in a few days. Thank you for using HelioHost, and sorry for any inconvenience.
  18. Sorry about the long wait. djbob has found an issue with the creation script and has solved it - your account should be active soon. eniedoc, your site is now active and working correctly. You can now login at http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082 . If you are still seeing the queued page then please reset your browsers cache.
  19. At the moment, most questions asked on HelioNet are related to how their website is doing in the creation queue. So, why not make a script which will tell the user the answer? For example... Thought it would be a nice idea and minimize this common question. -jje
  20. Issue resolved. Your account should be active in a couple of days.
  21. On HelioHost, accounts are NOT activated by hand - we have an automated script that does it. However, each account takes about 10 minutes, and there are currently ALOT of account in the queue for that script to handle. Also, the server needs to restart at the end of the day to finish the activation. Sorry for any inconvenience.
  22. If your website isn't working and the renew script doesn't working, I'm afraid your account is already deleted. Please create a new one. However, we currently have a backlog of accounts, which may mean that it will take longer than usual for your account to be activated. Please remember to login to a .php file on cPanel every 30 days to keep your account active. Sorry for any inconvenience.
  23. Looks like cPanel is struggling for disk space on it's partition. djbob will need to free up some space - hopefully that won't be too long. http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=8070 Sorry for any inconvenience
  24. Unfortunately, another rare problem has arisen. cPanels partition has run out of space and shut cPanel down temporarily. I presume signups will be temporarily halted due to this problem, or might error. http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=8070 Sorry for any inconvenience in these rare occasions.
