  1. thanks a lot for your help! I've tried and managed to successfully logged in
  2. Now we have to confirm that you are the owner of that account. So sorry for the confusion,i did not realise it. my forum user is falkarch whereas my hosting account username was xanxus. I've retrieved the string in my email - 66dUdEfE thanks for all the trouble!
  3. User xanxus is my account, the only form of identification i can think of now is the email i recieved to inform me of my successful registration, is that good enough? if so can i have an email address which i can forward to you to take a look?
  4. hi, can i request for an admin to delete my hosting acc so that i can recreate another acc? As ebiz.com.sg still shows it is hosted by helio but the account cant be logged in anymore.. Thanks!
  5. It can't work... seems like i'll have to request for admin to delete this account so i can create another.
  6. Hi Admin, My account (falkarch) has been suspended due to inactivity as i was busy serving NS and only realised it when i wanted to make some amendments to the website. Is there any way i can re-activate the account? Your help is greatly appreciated!
  7. Ok, I had already re sign-ed up another new account, and when it finished processing more then 24 hours later, i placed just a Default.aspx page into my account and tries to launch it again, but i am still having the prob of "This webpage is not available". Since i did not touch any default files this time, is it possible that aspx pages can't work ATM due to some problems with mono? Edit: If i place a index.htm file inside, it's working fine.
  8. There isn't any settings required. All you have to do is place your ASP files (aspx, aspx.vb) at the public_html folder and you will be able to view it. FYI - the first page you see when you access your website have to be named as Default.aspx.
  9. Hi, I am having a problem where i can't access my website as it shows me a webpage not found error. Previously it was working fine but i had an account queued message which i deleted my cache as of suggestions in the forum and the message was gone, but it came out webpage not found error. I am pretty sure i had not touched any default files in the folders, so perhaps the only solution now would be to request for an admin to help me delete an account and i re sign-up again or help me to take a look if any files are missing? User name: Falkarch Domain: ebiz.com.sg Thanks for your help!
  10. Hi there, I am new here and with regards to this, i am facing the same problem too! I have got my aspx pages out, but i need some help on how i can display it out on my domain. I had only tried to rename my aspx page to default naming like Default.aspx, index.aspx but it's not as simple as that.. Could someone kindly help me out? Believe there's a need to put some scripts somewhere but i have absolutely no idea. So sorry for my lack of knowledge
