  1. There will probably be intermittent 500 errors. We haven't made any permanent decisions yet. When Johnny is up, both servers will be much more stable. If you use services like ASP.NET (etc), then you will probably be moved to Johnny by request (or any other way). We haven't made any permanent decisions though - please don't spread rumors.

    Looks like it's fixed now. Probably due to extremely high server load - Stevie probably shutdown temporarily.
  3. I am accessing your vB fine - probably due to high server load. Same for the FTP. At the moment, we are pushing for Johnny to go online, and purging of accounts is putting pressure on him. ETA for Johnny is a week or two, so please be patient as we try to get our new server online. When Johnny is online, both servers will be much more stable. Moving Customer Service.
  4. Hmmm... looks like it's working now. This was probably due to a massive increase on Stevie's Server Load, causing him to temporarily shutdown. Moving to Customer Service.
  5. Yeah - it will be awesome. We are actually not planning to allow server move requests (this may change though) but we haven't made any firm decisions yet. Please don't spread any rumors.

  12. Sorry, at this moment in time, HelioHost does not offer ASP.NET. We plan to start offering ASP.NET again in a few weeks.

  17. Each user is limited to 5 processes, and cPanel was using all 5 for some unknown reason. WordPress wanted to open another process, but it couldn't (so it showed Internal Server Error) because all processes were being used. Geoff killed the cPanel processes, so WordPress could open a new one and work correctly. @Geoff - He might have installed WordPress in /story.

    Sorry, at this moment in time we do not offer ASP.NET. However, we are working on getting ASP.NET up and runnong again in the next few weeks. Please read the Commonly Asked Questions guide before posting.
