Yes, I am seeing the same as you. I thought that a directory listing meant the site was 'working'. Try using 'index.php' instead of 'index.php1'. If you don't want to rename the file, read up on 'Document Root' for your .htaccess file

There was a problem with your database record - should be fixed now If you are still seeing the suspended page then please clear your cache

Is there a .htaccess file in the directory of the script. If so, could you paste what it says?

Could you create a new PHP file and type in the following code? <?php echo "PHP is working"; ?>

As in, what URL are you using to connect to FTP? Example: stevie.heliohost.org

What 'extra features' would VPS have?
