Sorry, you need to use an alternative email address as HelioHost cannot send important emails to hotmail or live email addresses. You could use an alternate provider such as GMail

Fixed Your account is now active and in perfect condition. You should be able to login through the HelioHost homepage.

Maybe by using a cron job we could fix it right.

The only host that comes to mind is AlwaysData.com. Except it only gives you 10MB, so I couldn't even install OSQA on it!

Vincent, please wait 24 hours now. @Wizard - It didn't say that message on status.php yesterday. This extended wait might be because of the bihourly problem (look in escalated requests) which has delayed this.

Hmm, tried doing a chmod to 0755 on your public_html files but to no avail.

Stevie is more reliable and stable compared to Johnny, as it cannot/doesn't run dangerous services such as ASP.NET, Java/JSP and Ruby on Rails.
