I didn't get any 500 Internal Server Error when I visited that site. Maybe, it was a temporary problem due to your account hitting the process limit.

This is because of the process limit. The number of processes per user is limited in Heliohost to limit abuse of resources. cPanel's internal processes for your user are also counted in this. So, your front end gives 500 Internal Server Error for a limited time.

I would recommend you to delete that account and create a new account as you don't have any files currently, using a different email id for signup.

Okay, I have reset your password manually and sent it to the email address registered.

You can put your CGI script in the cgi-bin folder in your hosting account and it should automatically execute. You can also execute python scripts on the server via CGI by adding a .py extension and adding the shebang #!/usr/bin/python at the top of the file.

I am assuming that you are not able to access the databases. Change your cpanel password here ( make sure there's is a check in the "allow MySQL password change" box ): http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/passwd/index.html After that, log out then in again, and see if it works.

Change the engine from InnoDB to MyISAM and the queries should work.
