  1. Please don't give away information such as your account credentials, simply tell us your problem in detail so we can help find what is going wrong. Por favor no de informacion como sus credenciales de cuenta, simplemente expliquenos su problema en detalle para que le podremos ayudar encontrar que esta pasando mal.
  2. Don't use death sentences for adulterers as your only argument because the alternative is worse. In the west we go so far as to defend the cheater saying their partner was being too inattentive and such, but in the east many cultures consider that a stigma. Being left to live in a community that knows your actions and hates you for them, where your friends and family stop talking to you and and wish you were dead, would that make you happy? In that society death isn't barbaric, it's humane, when you do arguments like these don't think just like a westerner, to 'win' an argument you need to understand all options in it.
  3. Probably has to do with MySQL being down, would be nice to know your server for reference sake.
  4. We all want a free domain, and we all know of free TLDs like .tk and such, but we also know how difficult they are to get on Search Engine results due to the general belief that free domains=spam sites, so while they're great for personal sites, they're unfavourable for business sites. Among domains the most common are .com/.net/.org and they're relatively cheap ranging from $8-$13 at most registrars, but cheap isn't always in the budget as many of us may know. Well recently I was looking into getting a little spare cash to pay for monthly subscription services and a friend of mine mentioned he knew someone who paid recurring game subscriptions through online surveys. I thought about the idea some and decided I should at least give it a shot and happened across something legitimate and simple. Points2shop allows users to choose from a large pile of possible surveys, play online games, watch short video ads, and even just register for free trial subscriptions to Hulu, Gamefly, and Netflix to earn points. Points on this site are equivalent to one US cent, and can be redeemed through Points2Shop at Amazon for anything on the Amazon marketplace Or for PayPal cashouts. Your welcome to try it for yourself, they even give you 250 points just for registering. There are several daily surveys that each award 100 points so if you just log in a few times a week to do simple 20-30 minute surveys you can easily save up for that professional-looking domain name you've been wanting. Personally I'm just in it for a recurring Runescape subscription and I'll be trying to build up a small electronics workshop to feed my nerdy hobbyist needs. I do believe that before you try to withdraw anything above $.50 you have to be Bronze rank which happens after your first rewards order is approved and completed (personally I bought an HDMI adapter for 135 points including shipping). I've seen Network Solutions ads about $.99 domains for a limited time so I thought I'd share this little bit of information, don't forget that we also have a free domain for 400 forum posts policy, so if you're knowledgeable you could donate some time on here and earn yourself a free domain name that way. http://www.points2shop.com/?ref=uin1357498239
  5. We'll fix that right quick here, feel free to ask for advice, someone will probably have an answer. Also, welcome aboard!
  6. Permission or not it's been taken care of as leaving the files would put the entire service at risk of being blacklisted as a malware host. Thank you for your understanding in this matter and wait for an available admin to unsuspend your account. According to Krydos' earlier post the infected file was part of a wordpress theme, I suggest next time you download the theme to a local machine and run a virus scan on it before installing on the servers.
  7. Have you tried using RoundCube or SquirrelMail? EDIT: Well, I just tried all 3 webmails, and they all worked fine for me, we'll see what's up when an admin gets around to checking the log.
  8. Make sure all scripted connections that are opened from your site to an outside resource are properly closed when not in use, that scripts don't contain infinite loops and other such things. Most likely a high load is caused by poorly written scripts that continually drain server resources little by little over time or that start up a large amount of processes while in an infinite loop.
  9. The files have been removed by an admin by now and your account resuspended. Usually unsuspensions happen within a couple hours of a user posting they want their account unsuspended, it's then the user's responsibility to check on their suspension status and reasons for it. You were given a full 24 hours to fix the issue and so it was taken care of by staff to keep the service from being blacklisted.
  10. Reset occurs in 1:44 from now.
  11. from: http://www.heliohost.org/home/signup Basically if you don't need RoR ASP .NET or JAVA, go ahead and switch. When a server fails it fails for everyone, not one user specifically.
  12. No, cPanel doesn't do that for you. You can, however, use one of many programming languages to do so in a server-side script.
  13. Would be nice to, you know, have a look-see at how "it does not work" rather than have people guess at it and breaking what doesn't need fixing. Also, the way java requests work is: you ask for it, an admin adds you to the queue and you wait 24 hrs from that time, you just requested java 15 minutes before posting this, please be patient.
  14. Following the massive johnny downtime in october accounts that become inactive will lose their java to minimize the strain on johnny, you can request to have java reinstalled though. http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/13508-java-upgrade/
  15. Are you using 'johnny.heliohost.org'? Use 'localhost'.
  16. http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/cron/index.html If you see anything under "Current Cron Jobs" delete it. Also, even if you have only one job set, if the frequency exceeds 2x in a 24 hr period you'll be suspended again.
  17. You can contact the devs and tell them to get with the times, not much else.
  18. Don't use https: , http://hrce.tk/cpanel or http://cpanel.hrce.tk
  19. You can check the server loads at http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/load/images/server_load_stevie.gif and http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/load/images/server_load_johnny.gif However there is no way for you to see how your individual site is affecting a server's load. You're probably correct in assuming the app and the traffic it generated is the root cause but if you have to throttle it, I think it'd be best to also track requests by IP and maybe ask for credentials from IPs making frequent requests, remember stalkers may abuse your service to track a person by number which could cause legal issues for you.
  20. Hmm.. wouldn't've noticed this for some time likely, thanks for pointing it out Fire.
  21. Thought that might have been overkill given the thread title but ok. http://www.heliohost.org/home/about
  22. I think Ice deserves a mention now too, yes?
  23. Just a couple quick notes: We're allowed 2 jobs/day, and if you wanna play around with the commands try setcronjob.com lol.
  24. Be aware that RoR is only available on Johnny, if you are on Stevie you won't be able to develop Rails applications.
  25. Keep in mind that just because there's a malware infection doesn't necessarily mean the account owner knowingly posted it or that there really is an infection at all as false positives do happen, so a day to fix it without repercussions seems fair to me as long as the account owner tries to fix it.
