It is, but as far as I know it changes the port for all users on your server which will likely break their MySql connections.

To add in my side, I originally suspended and unsuspended the account to see if maybe it was stuck in half-suspension limbo, then reset the password to a 12-char pass, which failed to login seconds after the change went through, did a 22-char password which worked for a time, but eventually died on me. I went completely crazy and used a 100-char pass, which also worked for a while but did stop. I put a new 100-char password in and it was still working until about a minute ago. I'm tempted to quickly change the password again, grab a backup, scan it locally and see if i find anything with the site contents then suspend it to avoid any more weirdness with the account.

I'm guessing this is you? http://yudesigndesign.com/ try using ftp.yudesigndesign.com instead, probably the same with the emails.

Your account shows as active, what email link are you talking about? The account renewal script? If you can log into cPanel then your account is active, I'm not sure why your site domain isn't resolving, did you mess with your DNS records at all?

If you're talking about the mail thingy, you probably just need to remake your old MX record.

You should now be able to use matrisoft.tk and miniurl.tk.
