Hi, My account in heliohost has always been this email address. Only the paypal addresses changes. Also, my free plex, i am not able to use it since december as i forgot my password. I selected the Mail Settings Enable DKIM protection and see the configure DNS instructions with I think the public key but I'm not sure what to do next. I'm not using any other server for mail and I don't have a DNS account to log into as far as I know. Im using a US acct again so, it's fine for now. Cant use my other cards though. Username: astron, Server: Johnny, Main domain: astron.heliohost.org I just discovered new problem - ftp does not work So, I tested it with my usual latest version of FileZilla Pro, which has no problem anywhere else and never here before. Unfortunately, I have to say that now I can do absolutely nothing except login and download. I can see the folders and files and everything seems to be OK, but I can't upload anything, nor can I change anything - like permissions or even the file name. In short, ftp does nothing but download files. Domain astron.heliohost.org, tried tommy.heliohost.org port 21, till now I haven't tested Tommy SFTP over port 1342 Thanks for help.

Hello, You're right, but that option to just use debit card to use paypal, only works if US is the country chosen. Any other country address for billing requires a PayPal account. I'll try again later, but pls check why the without paypal acct only works for us addresses.
