I have put everything where it needs to go but the site is still not secure. My site is: popnow.heliohost.us I have verifired through the .well-known/pki.validation.   5. I installed a new SSL today but it does not seem to be working. I verified by uploading txt file to .well-known/pki-validation Then uploaded my new csr to the SSL/csrs folder Then uploaded my new key to the SSL/keys folder then uploaded the ca.bundle to the SSL/certs folder. Then I tried Debit/credit card option and provided new email id for paypal. New paypal account was created but there again was the same errror "Try again". I am 99% sure that, it is due to in India last month new law was rule out that no site can save Indian credit card on their account. Same happen with my aws account. Everytime I have to pay manually Invoices. Go ahead and give that a try when it unlocks. If it still doesn't work, we can send you a new password for the forum account. As for Plesk working properly, the forum and Plesk+dashboard use different databases and are entirely separate accounts internally, we just create both for you with the same username and password when you sign up. In your case, the email was already taken on the forum so that one was skipped. Once you get access to the forum, you can request a username change for the forum account if you want them to match. Apparently, it seems, that forums and the Plesk have different usernames and passwords.
