Browser say it is unsafe connection. It is not my website. My uptime system notices this website uptime issue. 2025-06-25, tr 23:38, HelioHost Support ra??: > It looks like your SSL certificate is fine too > https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=https://allstone.lt/ > > You may view the status of your ticket by visiting: > > https://helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=64867 > > Thank you, > HelioHost support > https://heliohost.org/ > https://helionet.org/ > > -

Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A Hi, I had the six-month payment for my VPS (VPS114) go through via PayPal. Unfortunately, while I get a receipt from PayPal, I don?t get an invoice from you. I need this in order to claim the cost back from the donation / support platform (think like Patreon) we use. I looked on my HelioHost account (username is zakalawe@mac.com) but I don?t see any way to get an invoice or similar for the VPS. Can you help with getting an invoice, ideally in a way that I can do myself so I can handle this automatically on the next 6-month renewal. Kind regards, James

Username: akispash, Server: Tommy, Main domain: akispash.helioho.st Hello HelioHost support, I'm currently using the Tommy server and trying to import a large WordPress template, but I'm hitting the default PHP max_execution_time limit (30 seconds), and the import is being cut off with the message: "The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. Increase it to 300 seconds." I have already tried to increase it via .htaccess, php.ini, and .user.ini, but none of them seem to apply due to FastCGI restrictions. I also checked PHP Settings in Plesk, but I don't have permissions to modify execution time from there. Could you please temporarily raise the `max_execution_time` to 300 seconds for my account so I can complete the import? Thank you very much in advance! Best regards, Akis

Username: msbsurfi, Server: Johnny, Main domain: msbsurfi.helioho.st Hello, I have not tried to create a new account in the last few months. The last time I have created an account on HelioHost is for my Club with username dmcrac. Since it is a VPS, I think it is out of this rule. And I already have another account for a non-profit organization "Helping Hand For Needy" with prior permission from admin that I am creating a 2nd account with username hhfn ([HH#198148] Requesting an account for " Helping Hand For Needy " - Email Support - HelioNet ) I can ensure that no family members/coworkers in the same wifi network have tried to create a new one. Sometimes I use cloudflare warp for better speed, I don't know if it triggered the problem. Can you please tell if there is an unusual login from a foreign ip address outside Bangladesh or Can I see my recently logged login ip so I can be sure that not someone unauthorized accessing my account from anywhere. Username: kingofgamer, Server: Johnny, Main domain: kingofgamer.com.np Subject: Apology for TOS Violation and Request for One-Time Forgiveness Dear HelioHost Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I?m writing to sincerely apologize for violating your Terms of Service by creating multiple accounts. I now understand that this was against your policy, and I take full responsibility for my actions. I did not intend to abuse your generous free hosting service, but rather made a mistake out of enthusiasm and lack of full understanding. HelioHost is a rare and valuable resource for learners and developers like me, and I truly appreciate the support you provide to the community. I respectfully request a one-time forgiveness for my account. If granted another chance, I assure you that I will fully comply with all TOS and maintain only one account moving forward. Thank you for considering my request. I understand if a reversal is not possible, but I would deeply appreciate any opportunity to correct my mistake and continue using HelioHost respectfully. Username: syssolutions, Server: Johnny, Main domain: sys.solutions.helioho.st Good day, A friend (Ryan Julyan) who has an account with you also, let me use their laptop to sign up, as he suggested this as a good service for getting started at no 0 cost, since I am looking at starting a business but currently do not have the budget I would like to get started. He has done web development and was showing me the different options, including paid versus free services, and yours looked like a great fit for what I need for now. I am just looking to get something up on the web so that I can start building my portfolio and skills. We read your terms and are not the same person. Sorry, I didn't know that the same laptop would cause an issue like this. He is just trying to help me get off the ground. Is it okay if I continue to use his laptop to build a bit while I build up capital for my business, or do we need to do something different? Thank you Systemizing Solutions On Wed, Jun 18, 2025 at 3:54?AM HelioHost wrote: > [image: HelioHost | Community powered free hosting for everyone.] > > Hey Syssolutions, > > We have noticed a new login to your account that may indicate a violation > our Terms of Service. Username: leelokhan, Server: Tommy, Main domain: leelokhan.helioho.st Thank you for reaching out and for clarifying the potential violation notice. I appreciate your detailed explanation and the work your team does to manage the accounts efficiently. I want to assure you that I do not have multiple accounts. However, I suspect the new login alert may have been triggered because I logged in using our work internet connection. Given that several colleagues also have accounts with you, it?s likely our shared network environment caused the system to flag the activity. I sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Please let me know if there?s any additional information or steps I can take to resolve this issue. I?m happy to provide further details if needed. Thank you for your understanding, and I?ll await your guidance. My account is :Leelokhan Best regards, Leelokhan

Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A Dear HelioHost Support, I am currently experiencing an issue with my website hosted on your platform. The site (viktoriiafedechko.helioho.st) is showing a "503 Service Unavailable" error and is not accessible from any device or network. I?ve tried checking the site from different networks, but the issue persists. I suspect the problem may be related to either server overload or a service outage. Could you please check my account and let me know what might be causing this, and whether there's anything I can do to resolve it? Thank you for your assistance!
