I believe it could be a family member as I recommended heliohost to them. I did recommend the service to some of my friends but I doubt it's any of them as they don't share devices or internet connection. And yes, we do share the same internet connection and at times laptop/home pc. I have no reason to create multiple accounts as I am satisfied with what I already have with resources I have barely used. I have financially supported you to get my account. I also contributed $30+ with the goal to get Stevie. If I wanted to abuse the system/commit mischief, I don't think I'd want to support anything. Note that I only have one domain mailzify.com which I plan to use for my professional communication and only have the email from yahoo registered with you. Oh and not to forget my free first domain lizard.gq which is no longer being used. If there are any other information linked to this specific account, they are not mine and should be deleted. I'm at work at the moment and tried to reach my family with no responses. I need help adding one cloudflare Cname resolution , the cname site is d1.mwl04155.top. Recently, I started trying to use Node.js instead of wordpress to deploy my project. I found that using yriver.heliohost.us cannot load quickly in the area where I want to deploy. It often freezes and sometimes takes a few seconds to respond to my request. This is not because the network speed is slow, it can be loaded immediately after a few seconds, then i tried to ping my website and found that the delay is generally above 600ms, so I plan to use the domain name d2.mwl04155.top hosted on cloudflare to speed up my access, i often do this on other projects, but when I resolve this website through the cname, I find that the webpage cannot be resolved, so I need your help to configure this cname resolution. In addition, when I tried to access my project directly through the ip 64.62.151.106 assigned to me, I found that this ip could no longer access my project, it should have been able to access my wordpress webpage before, but now I have been waiting for too many "two hours". Okay thank you very much, now I have a question regarding the integration of email with outlook, I would like to connect the email without using the webmail service, but when I enter the access parameters provided by plesk i.e. giuliodinatale.it both for incoming and outgoing servers and the corresponding ports and using my email as username i.e. me@giuliodinatale.it and using my password in outlook after a long loading it gives me a generic error, instead thunderbird with the automatic configuration (correct as it is identical to the data that plesk returns to connect to the mail server), gives me an error related to the password after a long wait on "Checking Password" obviously using IMAP as recommended by plesk and after about 3/4 minutes of waiting it gives me "Unable to authenticate on the server. The account has been inactive for a few years now, but I am wondering if there is any way I can reactivate my account with that same domain. I have tried logging in, and now it says my account doesn't exist. I have also tried creating a new account, but it says the username *raspi598* is taken. Is there any way to get my account back? The reason I ask is because I have some services that use that domain as an email, so changing the domain wouldn't be possible.
