  1. Username: jumonjii, Server: Johnny, Main domain: funstuff.heliohost.us Hello-? I created a second account for a project before realizing it wasn't allowed. I immediately didn't use the second account. I figured I'd just let it go inactive. - Chris
  2. Okay, I'm trying PHP 8.4, but I didn't create any particular load there. I've been using the same scripts for several years, and they only update some URL links. And there's nothing else there, each script only runs once. And on the first try, none of them would start, and then I didn't try anymore, I thought the server was undergoing maintenance. On Wed, 16. 3. Username: zerozero, Server: Morty, Main domain: zerozero.helioho.st Hi I would like to add a domain. My username is: zerozero. The domain I want to add is: 0-1-3-7-0.com Thanks! Adding, removing, or editing domains on your own hasn't been implemented yet. In the meantime an admin can add or remove domains for you. Just open a support ticket and let us know that your username is zerozero, and which domains you would like added. Please note that you can host up to ten domains on your one account so it may be better to request adding an additional domain rather than changing the main domain. Sent with [Proton Mail](https://proton.me/mail/home) secure email.
  4. Username: astron, Server: Johnny, Main domain: astron.heliohost.org I don't know exactly when, but at least yesterday and today, no php sites or anything that requires php will open. Only showing up this message: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at root@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Maybe I haven't noticed anything, but I can't find anything written about it right now either. Thanks! astron.heliohost.org

  20. OK, thanks, so if I can manage my email accounts on the addon domain as if it was a regular domain hosting, I hereby would like to request the "addon domain" for the domain "appuris.com". Please let me know if you need more information. I will set the NS information in my domain name host when the addon domain is available. The same for the email, I would like to have this domain's email here (there are no mailboxes created so far). If that's possible, could you provide me with the instructions to do it? Thanks. Kind regards, /Javier
