Username: khamdanaf, Server: Tommy, Main domain: journalpulse.heliohost.us Single-account clarification ? khamdanaf Hi HelioHost Team, I confirm that I only wish to keep account: khamdanaf. The multiple-account flag was likely triggered because I sometimes log in from shared/CGNAT mobile networks and occasionally from campus/office networks, which can make it appear as multiple accounts from one IP. I do not manage other people?s accounts and do not intend to have more than one. If any other accounts appear linked to my details, please disable them; I will use khamdanaf exclusively. - Donation proof: (insert date/transaction ID or attach a screenshot) - Usage: hosting OJS for an academic/non-profit journal Thank you for your help. I?ve already replied to your initial message to clarify that I only have one account, and that a family member who shares our internet connection also has their own separate account. Hi there. Can you please point me in the right direction to learn how to configure the mail settings? I realize, not only is it a security issue for me, it is for the entire system. and i apologize for that. I bought domain name "ai-anon.com" also, and have issue w/ the dns pointing to ns1.heliohost.org can you please assist w/ that as well? i had that issue w/ the https://statecollegeguitarlessons.site domain, but none of the first few that i pointed to heliohost.us i'd like to have a better understanding. esp as it seems i am doing something wrong where i didn't expect to experience such issue. https://vps111.heliohost.us thank you kindly, Jeff Sabarese 8144697631 also. i believe I was supposed to have a second URL. i don't know why i believed that, and it's not really super necessary. i just thought... since it was offered. lol. seriously. you guys have been great. did you notice i messed around w/ the October / Winter CMS (based on Laravel). works nicely. maybe you add Winter to your softaculous list. ;) best regards! Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A Hi, I'm planning to sign up with heliohost to host my Saas application, currently in development. The app is a HR recruitment platform. I've read the terms and conditions and I don't believe this violates them in any way. The app is written in Laravel with livewire. I will be using a MySQL db for my data. I develop code via GitHub and typically I deploy over ssh. The business is still very new, so volumes are expected to be very low during the first year. Therefore I'd like to start small and grow my subscription as the business grows. Could you advise me what tier to start with? I've been looking at Mercury, which seems to fit what I need, but does it really? I read something on the forums that Laravel tends to be memory hungry. On another topic, I didn't see anything mentioned on backups. Does this tier provide daily backups or only weekly, and how to access them? Looking forward to hearing from you. TIA Darius

Hi, Thank you for your reply. I will try to run migrations from local. If I can solve all the problems and site is up and running then fine, otherwise will let you know about switching to vps. Could you please give me some reference document regarding connection of db from remote Thank you, Nilesh R Choudhari On Sun, 12 Oct 2025, 7:56 am HelioHost Support, wrote: > You could also create the tables manually through Phpmyadmin. > > You may view the status of your ticket by visiting: > > https://helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=65745 > > Thank you, > HelioHost support > https://heliohost.org/ > https://helionet.org/ > >
