what was the amount of the most recent payment I transmitted to you? I believe it was an automated clearinghouse agreement payment (ACH). that is, auto-draft as it's also known. somewhere in the amount of $60.00 i believe. i may be incorrect. I'm always Jeffrey. Yes. that's what i'm asking. what is the cost of a second VPS? I'd have to find the email but in the beginning, I was told I'd have a second IP addr. It's not a huge deal, but that seems ... in any case, what would it be for a second IP? i'm not sure i need it and i forget why i was asking TBH. [HH#351743] Re: Possible Terms of Service violation detected
HelioHost replied to HelioHost's topic in Email Support
We absolutely *do not* wish to share these accounts, and they will have nothing to do with one another. ________________________________ -
Username: brinkmj70, Server: Tommy, Main domain: brinkmj70.helioho.st Hi - My adult daughter is trying to set up an account. She lives in Washington DC. I live in Germany. She asked me a question about the account setup and I was trying to assist her. Maybe I have misunderstood what is permitted, but it wasn't intentional. These are meant to be two separate accounts for two separate people. She has her own stuff that is completely separate from me and we would not like to comingle our code and so forth. If you still see this as a problem, then I guess I would ask you to delete the newest account which has the account id of kgb1. But I don't think you should need to do that. Once she is up and running, she will not need my help anymore. As I said, we live on separate continents and are not part of the same household. If you have other suggestions, please advise. Thanks! However, we have noticed a new login to your account that may indicate a violation our Terms of Service. If you didn't read our Terms during the creation of your account you may do so now by going to https://heliohost.org/terms/ Sometimes this can be triggered erroneously by one of the following: ? Multiple family members creating an account from the same internet connection. ? Logging in from a school internet connection where another student also has an account. ? Logging in from a work internet connection where a coworker also has an account. ? Maintaining an account for someone else. In the last year, 60% of the accounts we were forced to suspend were because people didn't read the first line in our Terms of Service and created more than one account without getting permission in advance. This applies to both our free Johnny accounts and donor Tommy accounts. If you'd like to have more than one account you may do so by moving your accounts to our Morty plan which does not have a limit. Since we're a small non-profit organization funded primarily by donations we don't have a huge budget to purchase an unlimited number of servers to keep up with the demand for accounts. We turn away hundreds of people every day who would love to have an account, but we can't host their website because our servers are so full. We don't think it's fair for some people to have more than one account, while at the same time, so many other people aren't able to have an account at all. If you did create more than one account, just let us know which one you'd like to keep, or explain what the situation is. You can reply to this email or click the Contact Support button below to let us know how we can help. Please respond to this within the next 24 hours to avoid any downtime for your website(s). I also answer the other questions 2) I do not send the emails, an application that my client has on his phone and which I have created simply transmits a single pdf file to his own client which is a document certified by a state agency for the movement of agricultural products Therefore, I do not receive any address from anyone, my own email simply acts as an intermediary, and this is because many of my customers know nothing about email; they want to send their receipt to the recipient of their products with the click of a button. 3) You don't register someone somewhere so that they can be deleted whenever they want sends a single mail of to whoever they want and I just for convenience pass it on 4) I haven't set any address unsubscribe@yourdomain.com 5. I haven't set any abuse@yourdomain.com addresses 6. In my own mail something so that can be deleted 7. I don't share or sell any email address I receive anyway I can't see them 8 I attach the pdf file which I will send and it is the only one which my client sends to his own client. You can scan qrcode to see the government state labeling as well. The language of the pdf is Greek. Furthermore, let me tell you that there is no mass mission. Let me be more specific because I need a limit of 500 emails..From 2025-12-01, farmers in my area are obliged when transporting products to issue a transport document which they send to a government agency at a specific address then send it by email to the recipient of the product, validated by this government agency Because the farmers here are also poor people and have nothing to do with technology, I made a simple application for phones with MIT App Inventor and gave it to several people for free. Therefore, I cannot know how many emails will be sent per day, which is why I need a limit of 500 per day for now. Thank you very much.. Thank you very much, sending mail through the application worked as I expected. Since there is a possibility that 500 mails will be sent in some days to our customers, let me know if there is any problem.
