If you've created sub-domains then you want to use Addon domains and not Parked domains and you don't need to use a redirect. Also use NS Records to point your domain to us: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org Once you've done all of this, give it 24 hours to resolve.

Try using NS records instead of A records: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org

Do this: php -q /home/techtest/public_html/rvcron.php note the slash before /home And remove this from the beginning of your script: #!/usr/local/bin/php -q Also make sure you can execute your script with your browser.

What is your username and domain name?

Login to your cpanel and look for the link that says "Legacy File Manager". Click onto that link to go to your public_html folder. There you'll see the .htaccess file. After you delete it you might need to clear your cache to open a page.

Are you still able to login to your cpanel? If so, delete your root .htaccess file.

If I reset your password and mail it to the email address you registered with, will you get it? What I mean is, did you register with a valid email address? What is your domain name and username?

I'm seeing your index file now. Refresh your cache. Also you need to upload to your public_html folder and not your WWW folder. Your WWW folder will mirror what's in your public_html folder.
