    If we catch you spamming we will suspend your account. If you send over fifty emails a day we will suspend your account.

    According to the note the suspending admin. left, it was the same file but regardless if it was or wasn't, your site has been suspended three times for server overload.

    Looks like your set for hotlink protection, although this line should only be image extensions: RewriteRule .*\.(jpg|jpeg|gif|png|bmp|htm|html|css)$ Something like: RewriteRule .*\.(jpg|jpeg|gif|png|bmp)$
