  9. Yes that url is fine and no you don't need anything appended to the username. I just checked again and it's working fine. Can you please PM me the password I sent you. Ok you've PM'd me the correct password. What kind of an error do you get when trying to login?
  10. None of the data on your site is our responsibility and that's why we stress that you backup your files. Please read the Terms of Service: http://wiki.helionet.org/Terms There is no log for us to go back to and I doubt very seriously that any of the staff deleted your addon domain. Are you sure you didn't accidently delete it yourself or maybe somebody else who has access to your account?

  16. The steps I took didn't really tell me what was wrong and I'm waiting on another admin. to see if he can enlighten me on what may have caused the error.
  17. Okay you should be back up now. Clear your cache if you still see the 403.
  18. I just checked and the new password works fine for me. Are you typing your username in all lowercase? Try it again and make sure everything including the new password is in lowercase.

  20. Either delete the .htaccess file in your public_html directory or rename it and then check your site again. You may need to refresh your cache before you check your site again. btw. all .htaccess files are forbidden to public view already but if you want to code it in your .htaccess file, use this: <Files .htaccess> order allow,deny deny from all </Files>
