You had a .htaccess file in your home directory that was causing you the 500 error. I renamed it to HTACCESS. If your still seeing the 500 error, refresh your cache.

It normally takes 24 to 48 hours for new accounts to become active. It may even take longer since your on the Johnny server. Sometimes 4 days. Just be patient.

You'll need to extract the backup tar.gz file on your machine. First extract the tar.gz to a .tar file. Then extract the .tar file and you'll see a file named homedir.tar. Take that file to your cpanel Backup Wizard. Once at the backup wizard click Restore, then click Home Directory. Then you'll be given the option to upload the homedir.tar file. Once it's uploaded, (and this could take awhile depending on how large the file is and your internet connection) it will extract all of your files automatically.

I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. That's just how it goes with the Johnny server sometimes. Johnny hosts programs like JAVA, Ruby on Rails, and ASP.NET. Sometimes these programs put a heavy load on the server. If your not using any of those programs then you'll be much happier on the Stevie server.

You could also add that file to a php include on one of your pages so that when somebody visited your page, it would run the script.
