Details would be nice, i.e., name of your domain, your username on heliohost, etc etc. You can keep your password a secret though. But going from the info you provided, it's most likely that your domain provider has yet to switch the nameservers to helio, that just takes time. On another note, you did use ns1.heliohost.org and ns2 right? With NO www at the beginning?

What mail address are you sending it to? Have you tried replying to mail that you receive?

Could you be more specific about this? When you say different client do you mean webclient or something like Thunderbird? This goes for accounts as well, I'm assuming you mean email accounts that you've setup via cpanel, right?

Of course, and nothing. This hasn't happened with anyone else? *shruggs* We've had all sorts of issues with mail, comes with the territory. In general though, hotmail is more fussy than other webmails. When'd you register?
