You do not need it. However, if you added the DOCTYPE and things started displaying incorrectly, it's very likely that your code is malformed. In other words, you coded something wrong, and with the strict standards of the DOCTYPE, it stands out. Changing nameservers usually take 1-2 days to work. How long ago did you do this?

You don't "access" the nameservers, you point your DNS to them. In other words, whatever service that you bought your domain name from should have a place for you to put ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org in as the nameservers.

With that attitude, I'm surprised he hasn't banned you yet.

crysisx, please do not provide support if you do not know the correct answers. Did you set the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org? You need to wait 24 hours before your account is usable. There will be no ads.

Also after 24 hours, make sure to type your username in all lower case.
