Are you trying to do a wordpress install or something? Did you make a MySQL database and edit config.php accordingly?

Yes, you set the nameserver fields on your dns to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Also, add your domain as a parked domain through cPanel. Then, wait 24 hours and you should be good to go.

You're probably not going to be able to run your game server. We don't support MSSQL because we run on Linux, not Windows. We also don't support users modifying global php settings. A game server (usually) uses a lot of resources, which we wouldn't allow. Moreover, is a private Cabal server even legal?

where is php.ini don't tell me it's in "/usr/blah blah blah" or prove it by screen shot or video...!

This doesn't have to do with us. The script you tried to run is protected by SourceGuardian because the author doesn't want people to steal his script and use it. Looks like you tried to steal the script and use it.

Welcome back JcX. Geoff mentioned in his previous post that he already looked by forum username. If you haven't logged in in the past few months to your HelioHost account, it has probably been deleted.

I signed up to HelioNet at the same time I signed up to Heliohost (21st Feb), so account suspension is not my problem.
I get "Heliohost Account Queued" now.
No one is saying account suspension is your problem. The problem is that right now we have a large amount of accounts slated for suspension to process. This takes up server resources and sometimes your account will be down because of that.

Wizard: you didn't actually run the script, did you? If so: I was already running it at the time. Make sure you check if it's already running next time.
I did check via ps aux | grep heliohost_nightly and only my grep came up, iirc.

@Wizard Looks like his site is showing the "Account Queued" page, but 5 other accounts I tested were fine. Seems to be isolated to just his site.

No it isn't. Clear your cache. Posting in all caps will not fix your problems. It'll only irritate me.
My site is fine now, but what if this happens again is there any end to it, and why do have irritation with CAPS, is there any rule that prohibits using caps? i just wanted to show importance to my problem, thats it, hope you understand with good spirit.

We have already told you that there isn't anything we can do. You'll just need to be patient and wait this period out. I read all new posts and reply when relevant. Caps doesn't show importance, only impatience.

There's a difference between his account and your accounts. Please don't post your issues in other threads.
@Incidense: I'm not sure. Cody's configuration shouldn't affect uptime. However, it'll take a while before the inactive accounts are deleted.
EDIT: "Hello World" shows up on your active site. De-escalating.
